Fructose - a carbohydrate easily converted to fat

Is fructose bad for you?

By Salman siddiquePublished 3 years ago 5 min read

.. I would say limit fruit if you want to lose body fat .

What bullshit is that? There will definitely be people who do.

I am very confused right now.

Fruit is a good carbohydrate food that is low in fat, rich in vitamins and minerals, and has a low

glycemic index.

You will be asked back.

That's right. Then why should it be limited???

The human body can only absorb simple sugars (glucose, fructose, and lactose).

So, when you eat complex carbohydrates, the complex carbohydrates are broken down into glucose and absorbed.

Glucose is absorbed into the body through the small intestine and circulates in the blood.

So, our bodies use glucose in these three ways.

1. If there is more than 20g of glucose in the bloodstream for an hour,

it is immediately used as energy. (That's why you should drink monosaccharide carbohydrate drinks that

are quickly absorbed and can rapidly raise blood sugar levels during exercise .) 2. If there is no place to use that blood sugar right away, it is stored in the form of glycogen in the muscle or liver. This glycogen is later broken down into glucose and used for energy when energy is needed. Then why is it synthesized with glycogen???

That's because more glucose can be stored when synthesized into glycogen.

Muscles can store 250g to 600g of glycogen (depending on muscle mass), and the

liver only stores about 100g of glycogen.

Glycogen synthesized in the liver is used during whole-body exercise.

In other words, when you do brain activity, when you do aerobic exercise, everyday energy...

Glycogen synthesized in muscle is used only when you do muscle activity.

In other words, when you exercise your biceps, the glycogen stored in your

biceps ...

What's even worse is that carbs convert to fat, but

carbs don't.

Of course, carbohydrates stored as fat can also be used for energy, but...

I bought a friend a drink worth 50,000 won. After I bought it, I saw that the money was wasted, so I accepted the promise by saying in a

small voice, 'Hey, you'll also buy 5 mana worth of alcohol next time'. In other words, you have the right to get 5 mana worth of liquor. Now if you have 50,000 won, you can drink alcohol. In other words, money can be alcohol.

But just because you have the right to get 5 maneon worth of alcohol from your

friend doesn't mean you can't say 'Give me 5 maneon' to your friend.

So why is fruit (fructose) bad for body fat loss?

Muscles have special enzymes that convert glucose into glycogen. Muscles can synthesize only glucose

out of several nutrients into glycogen. In contrast, the liver can synthesize glucose from carrots and of course glycogen. In addition, fructose, lactate, glycerol, and even alanine can all be synthesized from glycogen. What is Glycerol??? Do you know what triglycerides are? It is a neutral fat. It is the fat that is distributed throughout our body. Triglycerides are three fatty acids (tri-) attached to one glycerol. Therefore, in order to lose body fat through exercise, fatty acids must be removed from triglycerides. During aerobic exercise, when fatty acids are removed from triglycerides, glycerol remains. Glycerol is converted into glycogen in the liver to provide energy. When you do aerobic exercise, your body fat is broken down in this way. They say that during anaerobic exercise, you can only use the glycogen stored in your muscles.

Because anaerobic exercise is a burst of energy,

there's no time in the liver to break it down and synthesize it and do all this shit.

So, when glycogen is depleted during anaerobic exercise, the

branched chain amino acids (BCAA) in the muscles are broken down and used as energy.

In other words, it is to break down the muscle and exercise the muscle.

So, to prevent muscle loss while on a low-carbohydrate diet (a state in which glycogen in muscles is easily depleted)

, take BCAA supplements.

Therefore, anaerobic exercise

will not have a large effect of decomposing body fat like aerobic exercise, right?

Of course, it is said that taking BCAAs is not very effective.

In my case, it worked to some extent, but honestly, the price is too expensive.

The price-performance ratio is ok...

In the case of stamina pills,

just because people eat seal meat do not increase their stamina.

According to unverified rumors around, if a young man or a young

man in high spirits eats seal meat, it may cause side effects of developing only one arm muscle... ㅡㅡ;;

Alanine is one of the amino acids.

If you do not eat carbohydrates and only eat protein, alanine

Glycogen is synthesized in the liver and used for energy.

In other words, if there are no teeth, the gums take over.

Now, if you've digested it this far, it's easy to understand from now on.

Muscles do not have such an enzyme to synthesize fructose into glycogen.

In other words, fructose is synthesized as glycogen in the liver.

Drinking about 8 ounces (200 ml) of orange juice fills up your liver's glycogen. The fructose consumed in excess is converted to fat

rather than being synthesized in muscle as glycogen . If so, you might ask: Since fruit has a low glycemic index, it does not rapidly change blood sugar levels, so why is fruit bad for a diet??? If you eat fruit, fructose will come in, right? Fructose will be stored as glycogen in the liver... then what's left??? It transforms into a fat that is not cheap. This means that only liver glycogen is replenished. The problem is that when the liver glycogen is full and the muscle glycogen is empty, when fructose enters the body, the muscle glycogen is not even replenished and becomes fat. However, the fat that is not cheap is very cheap , but it does not raise the blood sugar level.

In other words, it doesn't send a signal to the body even though it interferes with the diet.

Do you understand why fruit is a bad carbohydrate for a diet?

Of course, carbs are bad for your diet, not bad carbs.

It is concluded that a drink containing a lot of glucose and oligosaccharides, instead of orange juice with a lot of fructose,

seems to be more helpful during and immediately after exercise.

It is also concluded that eating complex carbohydrates rather than monosaccharides such as fructose

will reduce the accumulation of body fat.
