7 foods that cause cancer...
If you don't want to catch cancer, then you must eat healthy, exercise and be stress free on a daily basis.

Cancer comes in many groups of diseases not just one. It happens when abnormal cells divide in your DNA collapsing body tissue. It can start developing in any organ.
Once treatment is completed, you can live up to 10-20 years but eventually it might spread to your whole body again. Unfortunately, you may never be cancer free; which sadly leads to death. Some disagree with this but it's the sad truth for many.
Cancer is a horrible disease. It's 2024 but the exact cause is still unknown. Scientists are still working to establish it. It can happen to anyone; even babies but if you avoid these types of foods you may have a low chance of escaping from it.
Salami/sausage
The World Health Organization (WHO) has classified deli meats including salami, sausage, ham, bacon and pork as a Group 1 carcinogen (known to cause cancer); which means that there's strong evidence that deli meats causes cancer.
Eating deli meat also increases your risk of bowel and stomach cancer; because added flavor (additives) is bad for you according to experts.
Chicken nuggets
Nuggets are fried in hydrogenated oil; and is actually artificial chicken. The Autopsy of Chicken Nuggets study showed, they mostly contained high amounts of fat, salt, and preservatives; which equals to low nutritional value. Consumption of fried foods like chips or chicken nuggets leads to hypertension and heart failure.
Noodles
Noodles has a poor diet quality if it is unbalanced. For example, if your eating it on a day to day basis. It contains a lot of sodium and calories. Instant noodles has also been found to increase one's risk of developing metabolic syndrome.
Hamburger
Hamburger meat is actually artificial meat just like nuggets. Burgers are high in saturated fat, which can lead to high cholesterol levels and heart disease. Eating too much meat can also cause cancer. That's why vegan meat is healthier.
Processed soups/foods
Cup-a-Soup labels indicates that the products contain large amounts of sodium. Each soup package includes 28 to 38 percent of the DV for sodium, depending on the flavor.
The main ingredient on nearly all the labels is Maltodextrin, (a type of starch sugar). All processed food packages such as chips etc contains saturated fat which is obviously unhealthy.
Chicken/vegetable stock powder
Stock powder like Vegeta or Maggi cubes that you add to dishes for a pleasing taste contains a lot of sodium and additives. If you're still dissatisfied and choose to keep eating it, at least pick stock powder that has no MSG so it will be a healthier option.
MSG is Mono Sodium Glutamate. Without this it has less salt and additives so it is safer and does less harm for the human body.
Coke
Even 1 or 2 colas a day could increase your risk of type 2 diabetes by more than 20%; because a survey has found that coke spikes the blood sugar level after it's in your system. Sugar intake is linked to diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, tooth decay, weight gain; which all contribute to the risk of heart disease.
Colas and other soft drinks have also been linked to an increased risk of pancreatic cancer. What's a better choice? To replace coke with water; the healthiest, lightest and purest drink on planet earth.
The number 1 priority for the human body should be health. That's why it's important to stay healthy and physically fit everyday to live a long life. It is recommended by doctors that people put a stop to eating these fatal foods. Otherwise it can even lead to obesity and a heart attack; other than cancer; which is still considered fatal in the same degree as cancer.
So, to stay healthy and avoid cancer, remember to eat 5 portions of fruit and vegetables; and limit meat, chicken and fish only to 2-3 times a week. And hopefully this mortal disease will be cured one day.
