All vegetables are made of very healthy and beneficial nutrients that we need in our everyday life like minerals And vitamins, while some contain exceptional nutrients. Below are the best vegetables to eat to boost your health system very well.

-SPINACH

This Dark green plant called spinach is very beneficial for the skin and health. They also contain nutrients like protein, iron, vitamins, magnesium, potassium and minerals which are very important for the body. The iron in spinach helps women maintain their body during pregnancy and it also aids food digestion. Magnesium is also an important substance needed in the body for maintaining muscle, the nerve function, good heart beat, a healthy immune system, and maintaining blood pressure amongst others.

-CARROT

Carrots are a great source of important vitamins and minerals for the body. Taking half a cup of carrot gives you 73% of Vitamins A needed for the day. They also contain antioxidants which help prevent cancer at times. Carrot is best known for its power of protecting the eyes because it contains a compound called beta-carotene which changes into Vitamin A, which helps protect the eyes from the sun and other eye related problems. The potassium in carrots also helps to keep blood pressure in check and also reduces chances of getting a heart disease. Eating broccoli also lowers sugar levels and helps improve diabetic control. 5. LENTILS.
