* Time Management
It helps and facilitates the effectiveness of the achievement in the day and reduces the continuous procrastination, and therefore at the end of each month you see your achievements clearly and it is easy for you to see your goals, and set new goals to achieve during the year and at the end of it you will see what positives you will enhance in yourself and feel proud Towards it, and what are the negatives that you will get rid of and feel necessary to change.
One of the important things that helped me very much in organizing my time and my life in general is printing the calendar of the year, which focuses on the wheel of life with its eight aspects.
Note: Organizing time does not mean sticking to it as a sword and feeling sad or nervous when what was planned did not happen. We must not forget to be moderate in our expectations and not to demand perfection from ourselves and leave room for spontaneity. One of the most important things in our life is to pay attention to the spiritual aspect, and to strengthen our relationship with ourselves, because it is the most important and most beautiful relationship with all inevitability, especially from a psychological point of view, and this may lead to the inner peace that we deserve to feel.
* The surrounding environment
It is very necessary to pay attention to the environment that surrounds us, in terms of home and family, friends and acquaintances, and even the accounts that we follow on the social media, all of which affect us significantly or another, and because of this influence our lives may change for the better or for the worse. That in my life, and because of the circle I surround myself with from family, friends, acquaintances, and even influencers and social media accounts, I sought a beautiful and better change in my life, and an increase in the quality of my current life.
