I have been personal using this hacks every day and I am seeing the results . This hacks do not assure a fixed amount of weight loss or fat loss but for sure these hacks gradually help you to reach the perfect body posture and the healthy lifestyle you have dreamt of.

Excess weight and fat is one of the biggest problem of present day . Everyone wants to be a owner of healthy and fit body. So here some hacks to help you out with it .



1. Eat only while you Eat :-



By ' Eat only while you Eat ' mean that we all tends to have habits of consuming some sort of content while having food like watching tv or phone , reading books etc. You need to stop this habit because if our brains tend to focus more translating the content to you , here exists a high chance that you may overeat without even noticing that , we have fulfilled our requirement of food . So whenever you are having your meal focus on it only to replenish the nutrients out of it



2. Eat a fixed amount :-



We all tend to overeat the food we like , and avoid what we don't like . This is very wrong . So to avoid this you can do what is eating a fixed amount of food . You can buy tiffin or lunch box , just select keep you calorie requirement in mind . When you will complete having your meal in the tiffin box you will have know that you have completed your daily requirement and this will automatically give you a sense of satisfaction .



Pro tip :- You can fix compartments of the tiffin as of salad or fruits . This will make the meal more healthy and nutritious . Also you can try to have all your meals between sunrise and sunset as your digestive system works better between these time slots and alod fulfils the modern day concept of intermittent fasting .



3. Eat slowly :-



We been always told to chew the foods 32 times but we don't follow but it's actually a very effective habit if you chew it 32 times you will eat less that you would . The reason for this is when your brain tends to send sensation after 20 mins of enlarged stomach . So if you, chew the food 32 times instead of keeping time gaps between to bites you will notice the difference .
