There's a lifestyle, it's called life hacking, what do you think it is? When I first saw the book "Life Hacker", I saw its cover composed of red background and black font, with a striking tomato clock during the cover. The key words of this book "Life Hacker", about efficiency and efficiency, were pointed out in a subtle way.

The four key words below: individualism, rationality, experiment and system point out its essential core. English and author's name are interspersed in white on the cover, concise and with a sense of refinement. It seems that the conceptual understanding is not consistent with our impression. Under the extension of these words, I am very curious.

What is life hacker?

In my preconceived notions, the word hacker has always been associated with people who have very high computer skills and are used to attack and hack into computers. However, when I really read this book, I found that this is not the case at all, so I searched for the origin of the word hacker. It turns out that hackers are hackeers. The Chinese transliteration of "black" makes people misunderstand hackers. Real hackers mainly refer to highly skilled programmers, while "Ulke" refers to those who maliciously destroy computer systems as we usually understand them. The real definition of a hacker is someone who has a high level of understanding of business, programming, and computer science.

After careful inquiry and expansion of understanding, we found that the hacker life we thought was actually the embodiment of a rational attitude. Firstly, it is based on the hacker spirit, which is the embodiment of a systematic and experimental individualistic rational attitude. However, today's life hacker includes science and technology culture. And the more important questions of work, wealth, health, relationships and the meaning of life.

Therefore, I found that many people and things I saw and met in my life were actually in line with the concept of life hacker, but most of the time, I did not use such a term to define it.

For example, most of the time, we emphasize systematic thinking, in fact, there is a life hacker in it, based on a view that is acceptable to the general public, so that people can get more efficient, clear thinking path, so that people in life more interesting, useful, effective ideas.

Second, in life, which belong to life hacker?

One of the things that struck me as amazing was the time section in the book, where it talked about polyphasic sleep, which is the idea of breaking sleep up into short naps throughout the day. Speaking of which, it amazes me that an aspect of life hacking can be expressed with such a dot.

For time and energy management, life hacking seems to come out of nowhere, no matter how much we think about it, a way of life that presents endless challenges. It may seem incredible, but it has some reasonable scientific basis. In the process of sleeping, I try to enter a state of deep rest. Just like meditation, people will quickly recover their energy during the process. The energy can be replenited in time through multiple periods of rest. Although the total time seems to be small, the overall energy recovery is enough for people to study efficiently throughout the day. This unusual way of sleeping is just the innovation of a life hacker. Meet an efficient use of time.

For example, in material hackers, minimalism, sorting, etc., all belong to the category of material black. All the concepts I had understood originally belonged to life hacker in terms of category. This broadened my understanding of life hacker, and also made me curious. No wonder that on the front cover of the first book, there were several essential definitions of life hacker: individualism, rationality, experiment and system.

Every essential point of life hacker covers all aspects of life, and my understanding of it is broadened in the process of reading. At first, I broke my understanding of hacker from the concept of the book cover, and then I broke my understanding of its scope from the category of life hacker in the book.

And all of these are a unique trigger brought by this book.

Three, the extension of life hacker thinking

Why do you say that? Read a book if it leads to a different way of thinking and pushes boundaries. It's enough to make you spend your energy understanding and perceiving the cognitive boundaries of the process.

This kind of extension, in addition to the expansion of self-cognition level, is also a kind of curiosity about the world. From taking a new concept, to digging out from that concept, wondering, what does it cover? Then it triggers our curiosity, isn't it not the unique charm of this book?

Let us never understand and understand the way across, it is precisely we in the personal road ahead of a kind of effort. Rationality and system are the ways we adopt, while experiment is a method of constant exploration. The so-called individualism formed by us is a self-help and practical philosophy of innovation and innovation in our own personal way.

All new ideas, new technologies and innovative content serve the people in our life. Therefore, life hacking is a way of life and a life concept for us to better experience our life. Use technology to extend our inner senses to achieve the life we love.
