I’ve been thinking a lot lately about goal setting, and the role that our assumptions and preconceptions play in helping (or hindering) our progress. All too often, we get caught up in our own heads, worrying about what other people will think, or whether we’re doing things the “right” way. But the truth is, there is no single right way to achieve our goals. What works for one person might not work for another. And that’s okay!
One of the best ways to achieve our goals is to simply start writing about them. Journaling can be an incredibly powerful tool for goal setting and achieving. By putting our thoughts and feelings down on paper, we can better understand what we want, what’s holding us back, and what steps we need to take to move forward. you can get your journal here
I encourage you to take some time to sit down and write about your goals. What are your assumptions and preconceptions about what it will take to achieve them? What have you learned so far on your journey? And most importantly, what do you want to achieve?
There is no wrong answer here. Just write from the heart, and be honest with yourself. The more specific and detailed you can be, the better. But don’t get too bogged down in the details. Just let your thoughts flow, and see where they take you.

I am also grateful for the people who have come into my life for a short time. They may not have been there for the long haul, but they made a positive impact on my life nonetheless. I am grateful for their friendship and for the memories we shared.
Each person in my life has played a role in shaping who I am today. I am so grateful for all of the people who have crossed my path. They have helped to make me the person I am today.
