However some including myself still need time to wind down and relax. Make yourself that nice cup of herbal tea , pick up your favorite novel and sit back and enjoy. Take some time for you. To take it one step further grab a fuzzy blanket and curl up in your comfy chair. Come one admit it we all have that one chair that we just love! Nothing like a hot cuppa tea and a novel to drift into a couple hours of pure relaxation.
