Reduce a hair loss problem and increase hair growth
Maximum Results
Few years ago, I had a hair loss problem. My hair looked extremely unhealthy. So my mom told me this secret which worked wonders for me and my hair length increased in no time.
Mix a tbs of Coconut oil+ olive oil + castor oil + vitamin B capsule and apply it twice a week. The results will be magical.
I also used to eat Vitamin D supplements at that time, which increased my hair quality but it should be taken by doctor's advice.
I usually do not recommend going for this product and avoiding that product because the underlying problem is a variable and varies on an individual basis. What I can suggest you do are the following:
1. Find out the reasons for your hair loss. Finding out the problem and its root cause is the most important step in the process since this will dictate the remedial solutions and actions to take. There can be multiple reasons for hair loss. Google what can be the possible reasons. Make a list of all these root causes check for each one individually to see which one is not the issue, eliminate this issue and move on to the next one and repeat the process. The process of elimination will help you strike out the wrong candidates and you will arrive at the culprit, eventually. There can be multiple culprits. Some I can think of at this moment are:
1. Dandruff
2. Styling the hair using heat or products with too many chemicals
3. Bad nutrition and unhealthy eating habits
4. Lack of nutrients like Biotin, Iron, Omega-3 and so on (Google for more information)
5. Lack of sleep
6. Stress
7. Lack of exercise
8. Thyroid problem
9. Low Haemoglobin level
2. Once you are able to figure out the root cause, Google all the solutions to work on it. Try these solutions in combination or one at a time and see which one helps you.
3. Taking care of your hair is just like taking care of your body. It requires a holistic approach and a lot of factors contribute (more often than not) towards reducing hair loss.
Once you know why you are losing hair, it would be much easier for you to do the treatment and follow it. Understand your body, your metabolism, your lifestyle, eating habits, how you manage stress, see if there is a family history of hair loss.
If you can not figure it out on your own, dont hesitate to go to an expert. They see hundreds of cases of hair loss daily due to multiple reasons and if required a lab test will be done to confirm the diagnosis. Hair growth is affected by multiple factors like genetics, diet, hormones, stress, drugs, nutrition, medical illness. Hair follicles are very sensitive to the changes in the body and respond by shedding hair prematurely. Its a sign of something going wrong in the body and calling for attention.
Treating the underlying cause will normalise your hair loss and posiibly regrow the hair if the follicles have not closed down.In a long standing hair loss, the damage to the hair folli les is present to more or less extent which decides the chances for regrowth but at any stage the existing hair can be strengthened and further hair loss can be prevented and dormant follicles can be stimulated to regrow hair.
My advice to all hair loss sufferrers is not to wait for more than 3 months if you want to try home remedies, oils or any OTC product. If they are not helping you, take your specialists advice. There are scientific, natural, effective yet safe treatments available today. The more you wait to begin the treatment the lesser hair you will regrow.
