I would like to call myself as a knowledge Hunter. I love reading books, blogs on topics that interest me. Grasp every single info there is and separate chaff from the wheat. Learning from the experts.
At EVERY opportunity that I get.
But let me be honest. Yes Reading and learning was my superpower. But past 10 years — went in a whirlwind. Stressful work-marriage-family-health-a new mom. There was so much going ON.
It was like a tornado hit me — and by the time I realized and recovered — 10 years had passed in a blink. Work, the people, the routine, relationships- took a toll on all my interests — honestly. I am not going to crib about it but you do get the drift right?
I was not living life. I was surviving it.
I was talking over the phone to one of my closest friends and she told me “You don’t look the same anymore. You look stressed, worried all the time.”
It was at this darkest hour — that one Saturday night- I got hold of the book “The Secret” by Rhonda Byrne. (No, this blog isnt about the Law of Attraction, although I am a firm believer) I didn’t sleep that night. I made myself a cuppa coffee and read through the night. Something in the book — gave me hope. Of a better life. Better future. Of overcoming the obstacles. Of stop being in the rut that I am in.
I slowly started believing.
It was at this time that I started reading again. Developing better habits. Finding out ways to improve myself, without draining myself with the barrage of information out there. I was on a journey of growth.
And this is what I want to share with you all — the habits that slowly but steadily started helping me tremendously — in ALL walks of life.
Easy simple habits — but boundless benefits and all of it backed by scientific research and my own personal experience. I have spent hours reading all about it- I know that I know everything there is to it. And of course — How to implement these habits “practically”.
I shall share my POA (Plan of Action) with you all. All you got to do is READ. You shall find the motivation as you go along this journey with me.

Every Sunday — 12 o clock for 12 minutes.
INTRODUCTION
Habits! They can make or break you. Last post, I talked about how simple habits that I incorporated — changed my Entire life. I studied and worked really hard to understand the genesis behind these habits, what works, what doesn’t and how to implement them PRACTICALLY.
Not the dream-life-like habits that numerous people write about- making you feel miserable about yourself and your routines/lifestyle.
THE WHYS
Why do u need this? Well don’t underestimate the Power of Habits. Anything that you wish to achieve at work, home, family, friends, personal growth, health — can be done. ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE. All you need is DISCIPLINE and yes POWER HABITS.
The ones that I shall be bringing out in my blog posts — would work extraordinarily in all walks of your life. It is empowering and I am saying so from personal experience. Once you get the dice rolling, you shall start seeing remarkable positive changes in all walks of your life.
PLAN OF ACTION
So, here’s what I aim to achieve via my weekly/fortnightly blog post.
1. I aim to provide the readers with 18 micro habits that they can organically implement in their lives with utmost simplicity.
2. These habits have been categorized into 3 levels of difficulty and I have planned to pan it out such that easy follows a difficult one- and the whole process is seamless for the readers.
3. One Habit every week (A little more time for the cat-difficult)
4. Some habits requires you to spend some time daily, others -weekly. Some requires only one time effort. But all of them are as easy as rolling a log.
5. I shall be sharing probable triggers for each habit so that you remember to implement it too instead of just reading it and forgetting.
6. I strongly believe in habits that are supported by research, studies and most important of all — experience. Every habit that I share shall have these components.
