Hey dear readers, myself Arun Shah from Patna, Bihar. I have been in IT Industry where I had to bear high stress on a daily basis. Due to this, I developed habits of smoking and drinking. Since I was working in Delhi, you all know, smoking is very common in youngsters here. People like to party most of the weekend, I was no exception. Earlier, I started it for pleasure and soon I became addicted to it. Many months passed in this statement and I was not actually aware of it. I came into consciousness when I began to notice some health problems. Those problems were weakness, not able to concentration, sleeping problems, pain in back, and not feeling need to eat, etc.
When I took the help of a physician, he told to take some tests to know my actual problem. I went through the tests and I was found to have kidney disease. Hearing this, I felt like half-killed. My body got numb completely only my breathing was working. After some minutes, when I got my consciousness, I asked the doctor about the best cure for the problem. As I had heard about dialysis and kidney transplant for kidney disease so I was aware that he would suggest such treatments. I was right; he prescribed me some medicines and also told me to get prepared for the dialysis. As I had no other option so I nodded. I returned home and was regretting over my problems and cried my heart out. Getting any kidney problem in the age of 30 was miserable and that was the reason behind my concern. I had a hell lot of things to do in my life that I had already planned and there were many goals; I was seeing them scattered. I knew that Allopathy could only help me escape from complications but couldn’t improve my kidneys’ health.
I searched about this treatment and was scared to know about its serious consequences. Then I searched for a better and safe alternative to dialysis; earlier I found no any better cure. But when I searched immensely, I came to know about Ayurvedic treatment. I became a little bit relaxed after reading that Ayurveda can provide a permanent cure without using dialysis or kidney transplant as it had disease reversal characteristics. I searched more about this herbal treatment and found that it has property of repairing damaged kidneys and making them healthy and well working again.
Then I started searching about the best Ayurvedic kidney hospital in India. After some days of search, I found Karma Ayurveda most relevant for my kidney problem cure. Searching a little more about this treatment, I decided to take help of this treatment to fight my kidney problem.
I began to take treatment from this Ayurvedic kidney hospital and started seeing its effects. I kept on taking the treatment and soon I got most of my health complications vanished. I was feeling better with passing time. As per my reports, my kidneys functionality was also improved dramatically and they were working similar to those of normal person’s kidneys. I was so happy with the treatment, I got from Karma Ayurveda. I have been grateful to this hospital forever as it gave me another life. Best Ayurveda Hospital in India for Panchakarma treatment Dr.Jyothi B.A.M.S Ayurveda indeed emphasizes a holistic approach to health, considering various aspects beyond just the absence of disease. It takes into account the balance of doshas (biological energies), proper functioning of Dhatus (tissues), healthy Agni ( digestive fire) and normal Malakriya (elimination). Additionally, it acknowledges the importance of a Prasanna Atma (content soul), balanced Indriya ( sensory organs), and a tranquil Manas (mind) in achieving overall well-being. This holistic perspective is a fundamental principle of Ayurvedic medicine, which helps one to cure from the core inside. What Is Panchakarma? The word Panchakarma is derived from two words: Pancha, which means five, while Karma means procedure and is five treatments that include curative, preventive and promotive actions for various diseases. Some acharyas also use the word Pancha Shodana ( five purificatory), which means five purificatory therapy. Acharya Charaka and Vagbhata consider the following as Panchakarma’s; Vamana– Emesis Virechana– purgation therapy Niruha vasti- enema with decoction Anuvasana vasti– enema with oil Nasya– nasal instillation. While, according to Susrutha Acharya – Father of surgery in Ayurveda, since he deals with surgery, he has given an equal importance to blood along with the Tridoshas, so he has included Raktamokshana (bloodletting procedure) to eliminate the vitiated blood as one among the Panchakarma. Vamana – Emesis Treatment In this treatment, the accumulated toxins are removed by means of vomiting. The person is made to vomit by giving medicines called Vamanaushada. Vamana treatment is usually indicated in Kapha dosha imbalance diseases. Vamana is performed in two ways mainly:- Sadhyo Vamana– instant therapeutic vomiting Purvakarmayukta Vamana/ Vamana– therapeutic Vomiting. SADHYO VAMANA Here, Sadhyo Vamana is a one-day procedure in which the patient is administered with Kashayam (Decoction) or milk in order to induce vomiting and expel the doshas and toxins from the body. PURVAKARMAYUKTA VAMANA/ VAMANA Classical Vamana is a collaborative effort where a patient must go through various procedure phases. Like snehapanam, svedanam, samsarjana karma etc., So, this procedure takes around 15 to 18 days to complete. The days depend on the disease’s condition and the patient’s digestive fire. Generally, it takes around 15 to 18 days to complete the procedure. Now let’s see the phases a patient undergoes while Vamana;
