Proteins are made up of oxygen, hydrogen and nitrogen. It works to protect our body from many diseases.
Due to lack of protein, our muscles become weak and the body becomes weak. Due to lack of protein, our body is not able to function properly. Protein contains 20 types of amino acids. We get 8 of these amino acids from food. The rest of the 12 amino acids are produced in our body. There is an age to take protein. In childhood, children should take more amount of protein, because at that time their body is developing physically and mentally. In increasing age, taking more than a certain limit of protein also harms the body. Excess protein damages our digestive power.
Protein is abundant in many vegetables and pulses. Bean pods, lentils, urad, tur, moong, curd, soybean and milk contain protein. Eggs and fish also contain high amounts of protein. Protein intake is very important for all of you friends. You can get protein through lentils, vegetables or curd as per your choice.

Garlic :- By including garlic regularly in your diet, the digestive system becomes strong.
Milk:- Milk is considered to be the best complete food. It contains various essential nutrients, such as calcium, protein, potassium, phosphorus, vitamins A, D and B12 etc. Therefore milk must be drunk daily.
Curd:-Yogurt is made from milk. Its flavor is also unmatched. It is rich in calcium, protein and fat. Its sevan strengthens the bones and increases the body's immunity and it also keeps the digestive system healthy. Therefore, consume curd daily. Apart from these, sugar and salt should be used in minimum quantity. If all these white food items are used according to the rules, then the person always remains healthy and beautiful.
