Even if you have a busy schedule, make time for a quick 20-minute workout before breakfast or later at night (whichever you prefer based on whether you are an early bird or a night owl). It can do wonders to help you keep fit and healthy. Also, lifting some weights will help you maintain your muscle tone and mass, which is great for those selfies you are sure to be planning to take.
