If you don’t belong to her league, a portable moving container on rent is much cheaper than hiring a professional moving company. Apart from that, portable moving containers can also double as storage containers before and after the move. A moving container on a long-distance will cost anywhere from $2,000 to $3,000 per month. Compare it to the $4,000 to $6,000 that a professional cross-country moving company will charge, and you’ll see the difference.
