How To Create Multiple Medium Accounts? Is It Is Allowed?

I have multiple Medium accounts. I am not going to reveal them all because of some issues. Is having Multiple accounts on Medium allowed? or how can you create multiple accounts on Medium? This article will help you go through the whole process and discussing some pros and cons of having multiple accounts on Medium.

Medium.com is one of the most innovative and revolutionary writing platforms available for writers and bloggers. They have a program called "Medium Partner Program" to make money writing by getting more Medium member reads.

Some writers don't want to publish posts that are anonymous. There are some posts that you don't want to share with your main Medium account so the best way to do that is to create multiple accounts on Medium.

Is it is allowed to have multiple accounts on Medium?

Yes. It is completely allowed to have multiple accounts on Medium. You can create multiple accounts using different email addresses you have. It is completely according to the Medium rules and policies.

So, if you think that despite putting in your best efforts, you aren't getting distributed or Curated, try creating another account and produce quality content.

As Medium now gives an option to add a custom domain with publications, but the problem is that you can only connect one custom domain per account. I run a blog and so I have an account on Medium. You also need to be in Medium membership (I.E paying $5/month) in order to connect your custom domain.

So, the answer to this question is; Yes. You have to create multiple Medium accounts for each of your blogs in order to have a custom domain attached to it using the Medium infrastructure. The good thing about creating and hosting your blog on Medium is that you have built-in traffic plus a proven monetization model. I would love to die for such a premium business model.
