Some time ago, I realized that running was very important during my teenage years. I went out on my own and used that time to process the many emotions that young people have. The two years I spent with the Cross-country team made me think of running and the community that was important in my life.
Every time I got up to run, the form was the only possible result, instead of feeling like a failure. My strength was like my life ever since, and even if it was bad, I knew I had better keep going. I tightened my shoes and started running, and every time I got home, I felt tired and strong at the same time.
I've been working all my life, but to be honest, I've never really enjoyed it. All my life I have been a selfish and hateful runner but hopefully, for a long time, I have been a “hateful” person before I came back.
To my great surprise, I learned to love running and composing my work. When I was younger, I used to try running a few times, but it didn't seem as natural to me as it was to other people. I couldn’t get up and walk and I never had an interest in it.
I can refer to this quote of 5 categories that changed my life. I have overcome the fear of running in the planning stages with the best hopes of running. I have completed seven marathons and races much shorter than I can remember and am now a certified running coach.
My life goes on and I don’t stop running every day. My health improves at the same speed as my running speed and strength. Running has a huge impact on my productivity, mental state, youth, and overall well-being.
Running not only transforms the brain into a better version in itself but also increases overall performance and prevents stress and anxiety symptoms from entering your life. It is amazing how spending 30 minutes a day can transform your brain into the best version of its own, as it increases neuron function, increases overall function, and prevents symptoms of depression and anxiety from entering your life.
I think it was running that helped make my body what it is now. For the past three years, counseling has been the foundation of all good things in my life, and running has helped build that foundation. Running has changed my attitude toward everything and I am not more worried than before.
