How to stop Hair Fall Immediately at Home

Today hair fall has become very common among younger generation. There are many reasons for fragile hair such as junk diet, lifestyle, harmonal imbalance,

stress, lack of sleep etc.,

There are several things you can do to help stop hair fall naturally:

Eat a healthy diet that is rich in vitamins and minerals, especially those that promote hair growth, such as iron, zinc, and vitamin D.

Massage your scalp regularly with a few drops of essential oils, such as rosemary, lavender, or peppermint, which can help promote circulation and strengthen hair roots.

Avoid harsh hair treatments, such as dyes, bleaches, and chemical relaxers, which can damage hair and lead to breakage.

Be gentle when styling your hair, avoid using tight hairbands, hot tools, and brush your hair gently to avoid breakage

Reduce stress and get adequate sleep, stress and lack of sleep can cause hair fall.

Keep your scalp clean by washing your hair regularly with a mild natural shampoo.

My Experience

I have recently followed certain ways which remarkably reduced my hair fall.

1.) Early to Bed and have a deep sleep everyday.

2.) Wash your hair with cold water or lukewarm water everyday. Ensure the water is pure without any salt content.

3.) Avoid junk food and maintain a healthy diet.

4.) Finish your dinner before 7 PM everyday.

5.) Avoid drinking coffee/tea as much as possible.

6.) Stop using hard chemical shampoos to wash your hair. Use a mild natural shampoo instead. I tried using Albizia Amara powder as a natural shampoo for hair.

7.) Increased body heat is one of the primary reasons for hair fall , so ensure fluid intake as much as possible to reduce body heat.

8.) Apply wood pressed coconut oil once in a while, when your hair is dry.

9.) Apply small onion juice/paste on your scalp and wash it off after 1 hour.

10.) Practice intermittent fasting

Other techniques to reduce hair fall

Long Cut: Decrease the frequency of hair cuts or in other words increase the time period between two hair cuts say 3 to 4 months as applicable.

This is also proven to be a better approach to stop hair fall and promote hair growth. Remember your body doesn't grow something which is useless.

Deep Sleep:

One of the major cause for hair related issues is lack of blood circulation to the head. It may be due to stress, over thinking, worries etc.,

If your mind always thinks about something or the other or in other words you keep on worrying about something, then blood circulation will be less towards your scalp. We need to just find a way to promote blood circulation to your scalp….Here is the best solution..Everyday, before you sleep, sit with your legs folded, eyes closed facing upwards for atleast (30–60 minutes or until you fall asleep). You need not sleep(all night) in the sitting position , just sit until you feel sleepy and then stretch your legs and sleep as usual. There are 2 advantages by following the above exercise…1.)

It stimulates hair growth & stops hair fall2.) You’ll get deep sleep every day (which is precious) and makes you feel exuberant when you wake up every day in the morning….Follow this every day… and get back your thick & strong hair naturally.

It's important to note that hair fall can be caused by a variety of factors, including genetics, hormonal changes, and medical conditions.

If you are experiencing excessive hair fall, it's best to consult a doctor or a trichologist to determine the underlying cause and get appropriate treatment.
