But where can we all get it? Now, I know that the problem that needs to be resolved is: how can we have our source in abundance at any given time? And where can we find it? To solve these questions, there’s no better way than to look around. Especially those who try to go organic, or use plant-based ingredients.
There are many sources out there from which you can easily get your daily dose, with fiber, proteins, essential vitamins, minerals, and other healthy stuff. If you want to see how you would get it, consider buying into some products that will offer it to you. Plus lemon-flavored yogurt is something you will like more. Don't forget to add some lemon-flavored water to your cup of tea and garnish with a squeeze of lemon. Dates also contain a lot of beneficial compounds because they contain lignans, tannins, and flavonoids. Lignans are responsible for improving teeth, gum, and leather. Tannins bind to moisture, helping the product stay moist and softer. Flavonoids are responsible for imparting some vibrant hues and aromas. Not only is the date a great source of essential ingredients, but it can also be used to make tasty sauces, salad dressings, and smoothies with herbs, spices, and dried fruit. Start small and stick to the point because the longer the shelf life of a few months the harder it is to use them!
