Welcome my beloved viewers back to my channel. The main topic of the video today is about a question. To be honest to you guys, this question is the one that I has received the most, it is more than any other questions.The question is: How can we cure our laziness completely? Efficient and especial in a way that consumes the least effort to cure?

Because we are already lazy, we can not do anything that takes too much effort to cure our laziness. I know this issue guy, so in today's article I promise you my given solution will be very simple, I, myself, tested this tip as well and I confirm that it is efficient. And it is very simple as well guys, t's surprisingly easy

The layout of this article I will temporarily divide into three parts, the first part is my story. Honestly I have never admitted this to anyone but that was over 5 years ago I was a super lazy person .It's the first time I have to admit it.That's the first part. And the second part is also closely related to the first part, From that lazy person, on a beautiful day, accidentally, then I discovered a method. It was also coincidental and it was surprisingly simple to cure lazy disease. I am going to reveal to you guys about this method. And part 3, guys after the application was successful, I just started searching deeply about it. I used it by accident and found it effective, but I doubted it, so I just googled, I just read more to find out and I found some scientific basis of this method.

Part 1: My Experience Story

Okay, this is the first story of a man who used to be very lazy. About seven years ago, I myself was a person who simply was super lazy guys. A very familiar image related to this is that I slept until 10am or 11am .Then I woke up to have my luch. After that, I did not know what I had to do .I think that's one of the habits that many of you here have those who encounter such things. No matter which level you are, it is easy to lose yourself, and you fall in a laziness cycle like me.You turn to feel very bored. Even though there are plans there is something to do, you procrastinate everything just when a new day starts. As a result, When things bump up, you just fall into the feeling a little frustrated, angry. Well, you think that you will do it tomorrow. Then, naturally, you feel comfortable again. Therefore, you decide not to do it. You leave it there, go to play games or start playing with your phones. Graduall you become a clumsy, a lazy person, a real lazy worm.

Part 2: Method

Until one day unexpectedly, I remember that day, at around 10am or something, I woke up to have my breakfast, then I turned back to my room. I felt like that day I must accomplish this thing or that thing but I felt so bored, lazy. If I had just sat there, I would have been bored as well. If I had surfed the internet, it would have been extremely tedious, all films were watched, so there was nothing to watch. It was boring too. So I began to take your slippers to go out, walk to the park to play, take some breathe, so that I could feel better, because it was really boring to just sit at home because I always lived in my room. I keep walking slowly slowly slowly. Thanks to a large park, I continued walking, I saw plants I also like them. It was about half an hour when all of a sudden there was something inside of me that I couldn't explain. There was something secreted inside my body and it was very comfortable. After being walked about half an hour I wondered why I felt so comfortable. Then I would feel like all challenges, all tasks that I held I could overcome them. At that time, I felt very optimistic, but I started thinking about it when I started exercising. I walked or jogged, it looked like my body was secreting something. That made me feel excited, positive, enjoyable and happy. That's the way I deal with my work.

From that day onwards, I usually take a walk before doing something and I bring a small notebook and a pen with me, that's all, I start awaring that I have to do it that day but I don't force myself to do because it doesn’t work. I know that today I have to post to write post but I just pin it in my head, then I take a walk and I make a rough estimate so that I walk for about half an hour and then I will meet a coffee shop for what? That's the time when our brain our body secrete something high that I told you before, and we're in high spirits. When we're in high spirits, we will go to that coffee shop on the way we walk. And it's great after that time we feel very excited and relaxed, then we start working there. I handle a lot of work and it's surprisingly effective, it's unbelievable. The substances secreted in our body, at that time I didn't know what it was. I just took advantage of it and drew my own experience. Then I take advantage of those substances, those feelings, those high spirits to handle my work. When we start to get used to it, we start to feel "Oh, I got some work done in a day!"

There are days when we need a computer to work. For example, then we make a rough estimate for about half an hour before we get home at that time, we're in high spirits because we know that, it's our body, right? I myself go somewhere, go for a light run for about half an hour, then we feel in high spirits. We watch exactly that time to go back home clean something, drink some water, take out the computer and start working. I don't encourage you to walk with your computer, because it's no longer something enjoyable, you are like marching and sometimes the computer is too heavy then you will feel very uncomfortable and right from the start. I tell you this, this method, for a person whose host factor is normal, not sick no health problem then it will almost certainly work of course, depending on each person's host factor. There are people that just walking makes them feel in high spirits, like me, but there are people who are stronger, they have to jog to feel good, it's up to you. That is the part number 2 for you guys here.

Part 3: Scientific Basis

I will share with you guys through the part number 3, let’s get started with explaining to you the scientific aspect of this method. It's okay if you don't know but once you know, you have to know properly and perfectly well. Then why do we take a walk?

When we jog or we do exercise then our body will secrete ome kind of substances that possess he feeling of happiness and comfortableness . Well in fact, when you see a person who is happy, you look at him or her and you just think that person must have something funny, and you can only explain it like that. However, in terms of aspects related to science. Our bodies are secreting the substances. What create the excitement, those are the qualities kind of like Oxytocin or Endorphine either Adrenaline or Serotonin. Substances that can help us feel positive and relaxed. And fortunately they are the same substances that are secreted when we take a walk. We walk, we do exercises, our bodies secrete a lot of these substances, a coincidence that is great. And that is why we take advantage of our body's biological mechanism so that we have a spirit that is cheerful. For a while after that, I had read another report from Georgia university that when you get stressed you feel extremely exhausted. So what do you think of it? You will think that we should take a rest. Is that true? But according to the study of this university, when you are stressed then doing exercises or jogging will have benefits 3 times compared to you lying there and relax. Have you seen the benefits yet?

And that is a very simple method I by myself experience and share with you guys today.
