Allergies
Some things I found out that may or may not be helpful.
Not my allergy drug pictured above.
An alphabet poem about my allergies that kind of rhymes:
All mint. I found out it is peppermint and all mint, I will get sick to my stomach, and puffy lips.
Beef, and maybe all red meat — I feel sick and sometimes need at least one tum, and I can only take beverage sips.
Coconut and coconut oil — I see auras with my eyes and depending on how much I get will determine how serious and how long the aura’s will last.
Dogs and Cats — Well, I am not going to purchase a cat or dog, although there were some cute labs for sale on my way home today, hubby would have a blast.
Either I get itchy ears and a stomachache, or I itch all over and get sick to my stomach too.
Fur dander is what it is that I am allergic to, not really those cute little critters boo hoo.
Gluten is one of the newer ones. Gluten is in almost everything I like to eat. Thankfully it is not a full-blown allergy, rather I have gluten sensitivity.
Hives. I have been known to have hives a time or two. How ever can one person be allergic to so many things and then when it is not allergic it is sensitive oh me.
I was only ever allergic to poison ivy and poison oak as a child, that I know about.
Just think how bad it could be if I wasn’t taking allergy medications every day for this bout.
Kind of lucky though really as some people do have it worse as they can have anaphylactic consequences from certain things like peanuts and bee stings.
Likely in time I will be used to reading all labels and have all my favorite things that I know I can eat, and they will find a cure for animal dander and other things.
Medications, like antibiotics and others. Too high of a dose has me breaking out in all kinds of things that you cannot put together to be anything but an allergy to a drug. Cut those drugs in half and it still serves the purpose without
Nonstop belching, and tiredness, just being completely worn out.
Only a few people that know you will know that you aren’t crazy or lazy. They know and love you and know you are no daisy.
Perfume — usually the inexpensive kind. The kind you wear for every day and to unwind.
Queen for a day I proclaim when I haven’t had any allergy come up.
Room/car deodorizers and other odors will be too much. Don’t let it be more than a quarter in a cup.
Smoke — cigarette, marijuana, and the smoke from Canada and other forest fires in motion.
Then there are dust mites, Dreft laundry detergent, fragrances, soap and lotion.
Under no circumstances will I stay anywhere there are cats. The worst itching ever, even with a med.
Victory is felt with my children with at least one hypoallergenic dog and a prayer for both to be instead.
Wool can be on my bed but can’t touch my skin or I am very uncomfortable.
Xmas comes with lotions and other bath products that are lovely but not for me as I am not able.
You are best knowing what you are allergic to and how to avoid it. Then deal with the consequences of every bit.
Zero allergies are the best! Good luck if you are there keeping it that way. What a s — — t.

Oh my goodness, that's a heck load of things you're allergic to! Your allergy medication is a life saver. So creative of you to present this in an Abecedarian poem format!
I never realised how many allergens there were and how difficult it must be for yourself and others who suffer. I love learning new things, so I found this an interesting story. Thank you.
Very relatable , thank God you are taking medication for your allergies
