For Windows 10 Users:
- Initially, click the Windows Start menu and then select Settings > Accounts > Family & Other Users.
- Choose the Add someone else to this PC option below the Other Users tab.
- Soon after this, mark the checkbox of “I don't have this person's sign-in information” and then Add a user without a Microsoft account.
- Now, insert the name of the new account and click the Finish option.
- It is recommended that you have to generate a unique password for the new account to ensure security.
- Thereafter, choose the account that is created now and then click on the Account Type.
- Finally, select the Administrator option followed by the Ok option.
For Windows 8.1 Users
- Open the Run window by pressing the Windows and R keys together and enter “Control Panel'' in the text field. Then, click on Ok.
- Go to the User Accounts and then click Manage another account > Other accounts > Add an account.
- Click the Sign in without a Microsoft Account and then select the Local Account option.

- If you see that by default, the new user is set to standard user then select Administrator from the drop-down menu. And further, click the OK option.
For Windows 8 and 7 Users
- Initially, open the Run window and insert “Control Panel” within the text field. Then, hit the enter key on your keyboard.
- Go to the User Accounts and then Manage another account.
- Next, click the create a new account, then insert in the column of the new account.
- At last, click Administrator and then select the Create Account
