Now the company is growing steadily and has nearly 500 employees. These employees are clearly stratified in terms of age experience. Before 80, these people had more hard-working spirit and a high sense of responsibility. For those employees, I give them credit. The post-80s generation, specifically those born between 1980 and 1986, have gradually matured and begun to assume certain responsibilities. To them, I give space. I support most of their suggestions and activities. I knew it would be better if I did it, but I had to leave room for them to do it. People born after 1987 can basically be classified as the post-90s generation. Although many people criticize them, they have to admit that they are extremely intelligent and have an active and irregular mind, and they are praised more. The immediate benefit of layered management is structural optimization.

Any boss has probably made assumptions: what if my employees are great, or what if my employees are terrible. This is where management skills come in. Two different assumptions, the effect is absolutely different. Now, I'm more of a do-nothing. I believe that my employees are excellent and do not need institutional constraints. The company's rules and regulations have been cut from 100 pages to 30 pages, with no more than 10 pages in each area, and employees have not given up self-discipline because of this. If an enterprise does well, it will increase its advertising investment. If it does not do well, it is impossible not to do publicity. After all, this is an all-media era, just a matter of how much. Our relationship with Baidu is the relationship between the airport and the plane, and our goal is to be responsible for the safe landing of the plane.

I strive to let oneself "a little hard", this hard not in the body, not in the spirit, but as a boss, also like other industries, at least often go to work. A lot of companies in China end up failing, almost always because the boss relaxes after the company gets big and starts to play. If you can really play a good business, that person is absolutely a genius, and everyone can do business. Most people aren't, though. Great entrepreneurs don't come to the world for fun. Gates and Jobs worked so hard to win it.

A business must be single-minded. Since the start of business in 2002, I do is now the product, has been doing, do more and more smooth, better and better. The Internet is a very broad thing, contains unlimited opportunities, everyone may succeed, but no one can make all the money. To do a good job in an industry, do fine, do different, is success.

Today, the company has not only solved my survival problem, but also solved the survival problem of some people, and the life is relatively good. With the ability to help some people, I began to lead people to do public welfare. In the process, we learned to be grateful. Anyway, at least you're getting more than the recipient, so if you can, you should do it. We focused our attention mainly on those in need. Every month I give 500 yuan, employees from 1 yuan, the amount is different, voluntary to join. I told them that once they joined, they had to stay for 10 years.

To lead others to do good means not to do bad; Not doing bad things is contributing to society.

At the beginning of the business, the goal is high, towering mountains, greatness exists in the future; In a hurry for ten years, the goal is only to do well in the present, greatness exists between steps. Perhaps some people think that I have achieved a little, will feel self-reward is full, unwilling to stride forward. It's not. On the contrary, I have already crushed the ideal in my mind, spread out today and tomorrow, more pragmatic, step by step. If I have to describe the future, I hope my enterprise is the most happy, the most warm, the most harmonious, the most youthful enterprise
