What would have happened if Cristiano Ronaldo and Portugal won euro 2024

The Euro 2024 tournament left Cristiano and Portugal supporters devastated especially at this point in time. Going into the tournament a lot was expected from Ronaldo and his men as the fans and audience all over the world expected world champions argentina to lift the 2024 Coppa America but were in mixed mind and ideas on Portugal lifting the cup.
Now the real reason why several football fans including myself hoped for Portugal's victory was because Portugal's victory in 2024 Euros and Argentina's victory in 2024 Coppa America means that the two greatest of all time and their international team would have faced off in the CONMEBOL trophy (ie UEFA Euros winners against Coppa America winners which should be held as 2025 edition).
