My First Time Using AI Software
Oh yes. It's one of the most controversial topics in the world of writing. And I tried it. Yes, I know it's not something a creative writer should be using. But before you click out of this article, hear me out. And no, I had no help with this article. It's all me.

sometimes i feel completely overwhelmed by it all
I was talking with my friend James recently about the state of the world. While I'm on an island in the arctic in Northwestern Canada, he lives in the United States, a country that too often makes too much noise. We've been writing buddies for probably two years now, and I consider him a dear friend.

Morning Pages of a Prodigal Writer
It’s 5am on Wednesday, March 22, 2023. I am easing into being 32 years old. I do not usually journal here. My morning pages are kept elsewhere in a red book without lines. But a blank page is still a blank page and I have ink that needs to run.

Not that he needs my defense, or even wants my ridiculousness to support him. I’m sure he’s perfectly capable of standing up for himself, but here’s my interpretation of his words, in response to Shane Dobbie’s article, Hooptedoddle and Flim Flam.

The Dishwasher Dilemma
Introduction Dishwashers are just a part of any normal household like microwaves, washing machines and televisions, but I am old enough to remember not having some of these and I still don’t possess a microwave. As I write this I am doing a Windows Update on my Laptop Computer prior to my holiday in Alnwick (in a flat overlooking Alnwick Castle where some of the Quidditch scenes were filmed for the Harry Potter films) where I will be visiting The Poisoned Garden and Barter Books, but this point on this is to chat to you about the situation with my Dishwasher.
