Dear Main Character or perhaps Villain,

I have a proposition and of course it will cost you because as they say "nothing in life is free". I not only challenge you, but advise as well, to give back all those lethal injections you unknowingly accepted as a child, a teen, and even an "adult" in your 20 something's. Even with your matured soul, the beginning of true maturity is just now peaking at 29. You have been constantly blindsided with projections of fear, submissive marriage fantasies, harsh judgments, hell harsh truths of reality, and patriarchal rules that depressed you into an unknown woman.

You were known for quite some time to be meek and passive just as a soft breeze yet strong and willing just as the waves of an ocean.

I pray to you, let this be a resignation and surrender to the shadowed, unkept, shy, manipulative, unawakened, ungrateful, passive, traumatized, and confused version of you. It is surely time to resign from the "what if..." mentality that sends the spiraling of insecurity and doubt crashing into that unpleasant (points and laugh) imposter syndrome.

What if they did see you as little miss passive who couldn't speak up? Now they'll see you as a vocal leader for your inner child. A vocal healer unashamed to embrace her spiritual gift of transparency to share intimate raw truths, while in time others whom tried to take advantage will be exposed. Now they'll see you as an advocate for self awareness and healing. An advocate of returning home to the heart to embrace your authentic spirit born in this world as is. Untainted.

Resign from the "what if... "! What if they did see you as an opportunist and manipulator? Soon they'll see the mental ingrained illusion of scarcity, the lack of emotional parental relations, aaand patriarchy that had trumped your intuitive knowing along with autonomy to achieve and be in power through self confidence.

Resign from the "what if..."! What if they did view you as weird?? Soon they'll see you as a free spirited soulful artist and a healer who's deeply in tune with nature.

Please terminate those idealogies that are just views, perceptions, falsehoods, and irrelevant opinions because who gives a damn!!! "For the love of Pete" as your grade teacher would say out of frustration with the class. I'm now asking you personally, who do you seer yourself as??

It is now or never that you remember who created you exclusively as is. Your name (Azrie'l) already takes up beautiful space and captures attention in every encounter. You must work with the elements to allow the wind to breathe life into your essence, the water to cleanse, the fire to purge then create action from rebirth, and the earth to ground you in love.

Let your heart be settled in the grace, compassion, forgiveness, respect, love, and resilience that your experiences helped to cultivate the present you. Say it with me "my heart is settled, my heart is light, and my heart is home". Allow the heart to continuously open and be sure to keep open your hands to receive a new stunning wardrobe that captures the hues of green for financial security, hues of orange for creative fluidity, hues of blue for truth speaking, hues of white for transformational healing, hues of red for confidence, hues of yellow for willpower, and hues of brown for grounding.

Let all things you allowed to hold too much power with its intimate companion fear, rest in the grave. They now have a new home in their own midst of shadows trapped in the quicksand of death. Your worry of perception from what others opinionated in relation to your reputation has dissolved.

So did you add up the costs of the proposition in the beginning and if so what is the sum of it all?

Yes, I Azrie'l Johnson whole heartedly understand that in order to accept and be who I came in this world as in purity, that a sacrifice is needed of my old self. Therefore, I leave behind the confusion of hurt that trapped me into an unknown of "Who am I?". I eagerly resign from not speaking up for myself especially in the times of what I knew to be right versus wrong (that was my intuition against perceived judgements). I resign from cowering myself in spaces that need my voice and artful skills to enhance the environment. I resign from taking on others insecurities and lack as if they are my own. I resign from overbearingly caring of what people thought about me when what matters most is what I think about me. I leave behind the unconscious conditions placed upon me from society and my parents (by the way bless their hearts because somebody did the same to them). I resign from being my own hostage to self sabotaging actions that left me in the dark of what was temporary stripped power.

This is my portal of change I curated through revealing, uprooting, and disposing of worldly along with generational unhealthy doings. I step into my power succeedingly!

Sincerely,

A golden child

Powerful sermon my brother, own your power. Tell it like it really is.

This is some deep stuff. You're talking about letting go of all these negative self-perceptions. I can relate to that struggle of constantly second-guessing myself. It's like we get stuck in this loop of "what ifs." But how exactly do we break free from that mindset? Any ideas on how to start embracing our true selves like you're suggesting?
