When I am in a bad mood and a bit anxious, I often think of some small things about my good friend, the dancer Pei Yi.

Some years ago, I was working in a cultural arts group and Pei Yi was a very good dancer. She was very good at the basics of dance, especially spinning, and could keep spinning for ten minutes in the middle of the stage. When you watched her spin around and around, and she was getting dizzy, she was able to stop abruptly without affecting the next movement in any way. At this time, the audience will burst into a tidal wave of applause.

I was curious how she could spin for so long and not get dizzy. She replied lightly, "Simple, you just have to find a fixed point and look at it every time you turn around, and you can keep on spinning."

Find a fixed point, this sentence is full of philosophy.

A fixed point, is also a goal!

People with goals are running, people without goals are confused, because he does not know where to go; people with goals are busy and anxious, people without goals are bored and panic, because he does not know what to do.

People with goals, work are spent on the way to achieve the goal, which has time to anxiety? The reason why a person has a lot of small emotions, the reason why anxiety, mainly because too idle, no goal.

The writer Haruki Murakami published his first novel in his twenties, and for more than thirty years, he wrote and published without interruption. He planned his day well: he went out for a run early in the morning, then wrote until noon, and studied in the afternoon. Many people envied his neat, cozy study with records, bar, and various small toys. If you can be like him and keep writing for more than four hours a day for forty years, then you deserve to have a study like this too.

A good friend, Julia, insists on writing in her spare time all year round. In her opinion, writing is a long-term self-discipline training. When you know self-discipline, the difficulties you encounter are nothing. She checks in with herself every day to see if she has done anything worthwhile today and to see if she has wasted time. The reason she is not anxious is because she has moved on a lot. While others spend their time on gossip, boredom, and even suspicion of blind tossing, she spends her time on the beautiful thing of writing.

No anxiety is the reward that life gives to those who discipline themselves.

No anxiety, is the bottom of self-sufficiency, rather than no goal to get by.

Give yourself a goal to work hard, there is no line or not, only do and do not do.

Want to do always have a way, do not want to do always have a reason. It is not that there is no water in the well, but not deep enough to dig; it is not that success comes slowly, but give up too quickly.

Life has a goal, there will be no anxiety. There is a dream life is the road, there is a road to go in the direction. The big thing is to fall once more, get up is, fate by their own turn, their own way out of the road is more exciting.

If you feel that you are very hard, complaining that fate is not favored, then tell yourself; life, is the excuse of the loser; luck, is the modest word of the successful, successful people have never been the fate in their own hands.

Anxiety, complaints, are a sign of weakness; hard work, persistence, is the right attitude in life. Feel the strain, that is walking uphill, grit your teeth, hold on, hold on through, you can definitely see the sunny day.

Only hard work, there is strength!

  With strength, only with dignity!
