That night. That very night—the moment everything in your life shifted. You may not have realized it then, but the world as you knew it would never look the same again. The decision you made, so sudden and yet so inevitable, altered the course of your journey. You acted on impulse, driven by something deep inside you that you couldn't quite name or understand. You didn't think it through; if you had, you might have hesitated. But, then again, maybe that's what life does-it forces you to make choices before you're ready, pulling you in directions you never expected.

It's true; this decision, this move, was the hardest thing you've ever had to do. You fought the internal fight that no one can see. The world may not have seen this, but in that area, the fight was immense. The heaviness you trudged through, or rather, the weight of your emotions, was all on you. Nobody knew what you were going through. Nobody could.

You used to wear your heart on your sleeve once. The world could see you were upset when something was bothering you, if something made you happy or sad. Your emotions were written all over you—easily read, easily understood. But now, that picture is different. You've learned how to hide what's going on inside. You've become an expert on locking up your feelings, behind walls that no one can break. Your struggles, your doubts, they remain hidden. Only you know the depth of the battle you're facing.

And maybe, just maybe, this is the punishment you've given yourself. To face your struggles in silence, to carry the burden alone. You know you don't have to. You know there are people around you who would listen, who would offer their support. But something keeps you from sharing it. Maybe it's because, in your head, you are the one who made the choice—the one who took that first step into the unknown. You were the one who set things into motion, and now, the responsibility feels entirely yours.

The people around you, they're safe. They're unaffected. They don't know the storm raging inside you. Maybe that's how it should be. Perhaps they don't have to bear the weight of your burden. Anyway, it was your choice, your mess to clean up. You ensured that they wouldn't have to see it, feel it. You chose to bear the load by yourself, hoping you could manage it. However, in so doing, you have trapped yourself in a vicious cycle of self-imposed isolation. The pain, the confusion, the regret—they’re yours to bear.

At times, it's as if you are drowning in this endless ocean of emotions. The water is cold, dark, and pitiless. You feel like sinking further with every passing day due to the burden of regret pushing you down into the darkness. The world seems to be away, unreachable, as time just passes by but you stay anchored, unable to break free from the stillness, from the heaviness around you.

But even within the darkest abyss of this ocean, there's a part of you that tells you this can't be how it ends. You may be drowning, but you are alive. You can still breathe, and you are still strong enough to rise out of it all. Perhaps the sea isn't the end, but the start of something entirely new. You can't quite see it now, but transformation is coming. It might take time, but you’ll find a way to reach the surface again. You’ll find a way to breathe.

For now, you are deep. You stay in the quiet, in a place where the world is too far away. But remember, even in stillness, even in struggle, you are still here. The sea may be deep and dark, but you are stronger than you think. And one day, when time is right, you will rise. You will find your way out.
