The First Post

Dear Reader,

Hello! Hi. How are you today? I do not know how this works, again by the title I think you can guess this is me trying to figure it out. Umm. This is Awkward because I do not know how to keep a reader engaged, I know how to entertain because I do theater, (did theater? COVID hit so it is confusing). My aunt directed me to this site because I am a writer, and my biggest dream is to be a teacher one day. I read through a few blogs on this site and they all seem boring to me. (Again, I still have yet to figure anything out). No offense to the creators! They probably took a long time to pour all their hard work into their articles, but I have the attention span of a goldfish so I need something that will keep me engaged when reading about the stock market crash of 99’.

Let me tell you a little about myself, my real name is easy to find with a basic google search, but I prefer to go by PenGwinie. No, I am not a YouTuber, but I do have a TikTok account under the same name @pengwennie20 with two “n’s”. Check me out if you want to see what I do in my daily life. I am entertaining enough if you need something to occupy your time for a moment.

Anyway, how do I start this? So, I am a writer. I am also in college. I have loved reading and writing since middle school and I have created short stories since high school, as well as journaling my life since middle school. Does that make sense? Do you follow? Well, I do not know what to write or how to use this site. I am sorry if this entry ends up not being beneficial to anyone, this is me getting all my thoughts and urges out in order to understand this site and what is its intentions. I have fully signed up and paid money to be on this site and I have not figured out the full functions. Well, what brought me here was the “share your stories” function. I feel I have a lot to write about considering what my Bio is for this site, if you have not read it I would like to ask you to do so now. (but it is your free will if you want to read it, I am not gonna force you).

So, a lot of big life changes are happening to me, and since writing is my favorite outlet I thought I would share my story and the stories I write. After I post this I will pick which story I want to post first after this one. Hint, it is a gay Penguin story, I’m obsessed with penguins if you can’t tell. I am also a heavy supporter of the LGBTQ+ community. I am straight, maybe, and I have been in two relationships with boys, but they never lasted long.

I love K-pop, my favorite band is BTS (Bangtan Sonyeondan / Bangtan Boys / Bullet Proof Boy Scouts). I can talk all day long about how I am in love with one of their rappers named Jung Ho-Seok. That sounds cringey, wait until you learn that I love anime too. My favorite show is HunterxHunter and a million others that I cannot list, or this will end up by longer than it already is going to be.

I do not know what else to write, I guess I will stop here and make it short. Goodbye for now, until next time.
