New owners purchased the property where I've lived for over 17 years. They call themselves re-branding the place, so they gave it a new name with Gardens in it. To match the name they tried to spruce up the tiny flower beds in the front of each ground floor unit. This was welcomed but the flower beds quickly died, they refused to take care of them.
