It aimed to address the need for trained and competent professionals for mental health, more specifically for the treatment of patients with less serious emotional and psychological ailments, that could be detrimental in the long run.

Beyond the Numbers: Understanding the Societal Impact of Gender Disparities in Financial Literacy Although women have made great progress in the last few decades toward full equality, more needs to be done. The gender pay disparity in Europe is 12.7%. They are more likely to work in fields where wages are low and to encounter discrimination at work. In general, women have lower financial literacy than men. Many people lack basic knowledge of financial principles, with a significant gender gap in financial literacy. Women face unique financial challenges due to longer life expectancies, lower lifetime income, and career interruptions for child-rearing. This lack of financial knowledge puts women at risk of financial insecurity in retirement. Those with higher financial literacy are more likely to make better financial decisions, such as investing in the stock market and saving for retirement. It is important to understand women's level of financial understanding and address any gaps in financial skills.

Imagine this, it’s the late 90’s and me, my mom and my older sister are watching the classic Nickelodeon movie Good Burger. Midway through the movie Kenan and Kel get trapped in a mental institution and one of the crazy people who helps them escape with a funkadelic dance routine is none other than Funk music pioneer, George Clinton. I had no idea that I was watching one of the greatest icons in the history of music.

In 1991 a young aspiring rapper named Tupac Amaru Shakur was crafting his debut album as a Hip Hop artist. With his background of coming from a family of Black revolutionaries and his love of conscious music, especially that of Hip Hop, he wanted to tell stories that focused on the struggles of the Black community. The first glimpse of insight he gave us into the plight of Black America came in the form of his debut single “Brenda’s Got a Baby” off his debut album 2Pacalypse Now.

GARY WAYT SEEN?!
This update begins yesterday 06/13/2024, as fans and worried family members of Gary Wayt have been keeping an eye open to find Gary after he went missing on 06/09/2024, after an altercation with Amber Portwood, and allegedly left with only his wallet and keys in a grey Nissan rouge SUV, Gary was essentially gone without much a trace. Well, yesterday it was reported that Gary was seen allegedly on video in a Verizon store, I'm guessing to get a new phone seeing as he was said to have left his other phone at the Airbnb rental he was staying with Amber to celebrate her brother's wedding.
