When is the very last date that I may submit my Annual Return? When does the cutoff time occur?
On a yearly basis, businesses need to hand in something that is known as an annual return, which is a kind of report that can be found in a document. The made up to date of the Annual Return will be one year after the date of the Annual Return that came before it if this is the first year that the firm has been operational. In the event that this is not the case, the date that will be used for the made up to date will be one year after the day that the company was established. It is the responsibility of the directors of the business as well as the company secretary to ensure that the Annual Return is submitted within a time frame of no more than 28 days from the most recent date on which the information was brought up to date.

How To Successfully Change Your Career In 10 Easy Steps
Is it the time for you to change your career? Do you hate your work, want to make more money, or hope you have done something and are passionate about it? Or has your career been affected by the present? The economic downturn, forcing you to look for new opportunities? If so, starting a new career may be just what you need. As productive and powerful as it sounds, career transfers are still a daunting prospect. You probably have a lot of questions : Is it too late to change careers? When should you start your new career? And what is the best way to change your career? Come and find it. In this article, you will learn how to make career changes in 10 simple steps so that you can live your best life. Come and dive straight, don’t wait for someone else to do it. Hire yourself and start calling shots. Step 1. Understand why you want to change careers Why do you want to change career? The answer to this question may be obvious if you are redundant or the business that works for you is closed. But whether you choose to change your career or you are forced to consider new opportunities, now is the time to work out exactly what you want from your new career. When you identify your likes and dislikes about your current career, you know what to look for and what to avoid in a new career. It’s also a great time to determine the amount of career directions you want to achieve and the capabilities you want to achieve, as well as the opportunity to spend more time working from home or interacting with others. To find out what you want from a new career, consider journals, chatting with someone you trust, or thinking deeply directly. You may want to: ✓ Make more money. ✓ Do something enthusiastic about yourself. ✓ Explore new challenges. ✓ Leave a toxic work environment. Your improvement is the balance of work life. Evaluate every part of your preferred career profile, such as people, culture, location and work itself. Then shorten your core searches to help you identify new careers for what you like and how you like it. Step 2. Consider your situation, skills and experience To get from 'A' to 'B' you need to know where 'A' is. So, once you understand what to do and what you want from your new career, explore your situation, skills and experience. Listen to entrepreneur and business consultant Rob Liano who said, "No one can discover you unless you do. Use your talents, skills and strengths and make the world a better place. " Consider your situation first. For example : —> Can you stop working for retraining, or do you need to continue working??? —> Are you willing to transfer starting a new career??? —> How much time and effort can you spend changing professions??? —> Next, evaluate your skills, abilities and experience - and consider both hard and soft skills. Hard skills are easy to measure and are often taught through dedicated courses such as programming or graphic design. Determining the amount of soft skills is more difficult, such as communication, leadership and teamwork skills or your ability to solve problems, manage time and motivate yourself. Soft skills are sometimes referred to as ‘transferable skills’. These skills are especially valuable when you want to change career paths because they can often be applied to any career. Once you get the land space, you should have a better idea of the carrier switch and how it is possible. Step 3. New career ideas for the brain Here's the fun part: Intelligent new career ideas! At this point, consider some straightforward advice from journalist and author Katherine Whitehorn: "Find out what you're doing best and get someone to pay you for it" No? There are many ways to change an intellectual career - for example, you can : • Talk to friends and family about your core values and interests, then try to identify professional change ideas as appropriate. • Read into your heart and mind by journaling your potential job changes to see what happens. • Write a huge list of each career you are interested in, then narrow it down to look for potential new career ideas. • Join the Facebook and Career Change group to find Reddit inspiration - for example, see Career Guidance subreddit. To get started, consider each new career idea that comes to mind. You can also think about the role of different jobs in the industry you are currently working in because these jobs allow you to further enhance your existing art knowledge. Finally, you may want to consider starting a trade or rushing to the side! Step 4. Compare research and career change ideas Now that you have identified and deleted a few potential new career ideas, it is time to do some research to learn more about each. At this point, you may be tempted to ignore the idea of career change because it seems too difficult or unrealistic. Try to ignore any doubts that may arise for the time being and search for your desired ideas with an open mind. Take some advice from Nelson Mandela, South Africa's first black president, who said, "There is no passion to be found in a small game living less than you." Start searching online to find out what you can do about potential career change work. You can contact the contacts or career counselors on your network to get their thoughts and advice. Once you've done some research, start comparing different new career ideas - ask questions like : ✓ Which career do you think you enjoy the most and which one do you find the most fulfilling??? ✓ Do you think that your personality will match the art and culture of those??? ✓ Which career offers the most opportunities for career advancement and personal development??? Step 5. Research the new career requirements When conducting research, take some time to determine the requirements of each new career idea. For example : • What qualifications do you need to acquire, how long will it take to get them and how much will the process cost? • Do you need an internship or on-the-job training? If so, how will it work? • What additional skills and experience do you need and how can you get them? • Do some research online again, reach out to contacts on your network and consider talking to a career counselor. This stage of your research may feel overwhelming - it’s not worth mentioning, especially if the new career requirements are broad. But when it comes to changing careers, it's half the battle to believe in yourself. Step 6. Check your career switch Research can only get you this far - that's why the famous physicist Albert Einstein said, "The only source of knowledge is experience." So, it is time to move on to the idea of changing your most promising career. This step is extremely important. Job change may seem idealistic theoretically, but the reality may be different. For example, the idea of being a financial advisor can be exciting. However, one day the shadow of the job will be taken and a broad consensus will be reached that needs to be managed regularly. Find ways to get some first experience - or at least, reveal - consider yourself in new careers. For example, you can : • Contact friends, family, acquaintances on your network, or your college alumni and ask them to give you shade for a day's work. • Identify freelance opportunities related to your new career idea and start a side early experience in the industry itself. • Look for opportunities to volunteer with local charities in the industry or offer a business a free local time to get some experience. Step 7. Upgrade your skills and experience Once you have some experience in some potential new careers, hopefully, you will get a good idea of what you want to start a new career. At this point, it's time to get ready for a career change. ✓ Review your new career and requirements lists and plan to upgrade as your skills and experience requirement. Always remember that 'Successful people are in control of almost every single moment of their life.' ✓ To upgrade your skills, consider investing in formal or non-formal education. Nowadays, it's easier than ever, thanks to the internet and online courses. Also, many online courses provide professional certifications to help you increase your credibility. ✓ To get started, look at online course platforms like edX, Udimi, and Coursera. * edX link : https://www.edx.org/ * Udimi link : https://udimi.com/ * Coursera link : https://www.coursera.org/ ✓ You can gain additional experience by arranging more work shadows, freelancing and volunteering. Step 8. Ready to change jobs When you feel ready to change careers, take some time to get ready for your job search. "Preparation is the key to success before anything else" said inventor, scientist and engineer Alexander Graham Bell. For example, you can brush up on your resume, customize your LinkedIn profile, and practice your interview skills. Once you have established a foundation, contact the people in your network and tell them about your desire to change careers. You never know - someone on your network might recognize someone in your dream company! You can make new connections and nurture them in their chosen field to learn from their experience and get some advice. One great way to do this is to join online groups on Facebook and LinkedIn. Step 9. Apply to job Now comes the challenging part: applying for a job. Choose job boards online in fact, glass doors for your dream location you can check out remote work boards, such as FlexJobs, JustRemote, and We Work Remotely, if you are looking for work from a home. Applying for a job can be incredibly time consuming, draining and frustrating. It takes determination, dedication, self-discipline and effort to make a dream come true. Instead, try to do a little work on your applications every day and promise to stick to your job search until you start a new career. Step 10. Change career path It may be a long time to come but hopefully, you finally offer the job of your dreams. Perhaps at this point, you may feel nervous and question whether changing careers is the right thing to do. If this happens, take a moment to appreciate the effort, preparation, and determination that have taken you to this stage. You can revisit your journal and talk to friends. *Whatever you do, have the courage to do what is right for you!* SUMMARY : How to make a Career Change The idea of changing careers can be a daunting possibility - but perhaps the idea of working on your current career for your current life is even more terrifying. If You Think Nobody Cares If You’re Alive , Try Missing A Couple of Car Payments
" If You Think Nobody Cares If You’re Alive , Try Missing A Couple of Car Payments " This quote is from the commencement speech that David Foster Wallace gave at Kenyon College in 2005. I chose this because it speaks about some of the key components of success, namely dreaming big and never giving up. . Wallace also speaks about how success can be found through persistence and dedication. “Success is not something that just happens to people, it is a hard won prize that you have to fight for, something worth striving for.”
