5 Reasons Why It's Worth It to Work Abroad (And What to Also Keep in Mind)
When you opened this article, you had a pretty clear expectation. You were pretty sure what I was about to write. "Work abroad is better paid, it looks good on CV, it could open interesting career doors in the future, there are more opportunities outside. "

On Dealing with Toxic Clients
An all-too common thread among the creative and tech industries are clients who are... oh, how do I put this nicely... not ideal? By that, I mean that such clients are quite rude to people in these industries, and truly view them not as a valuable partnership, but as an expendable commodity should projects not be completed to their (at times, wildly changing) specifications. For businesses in both industries, this is often rather disheartening to the workers, managers, and sales professionals that deal with them. However, for companies that are either relatively small or are going through some big changes, the option to fire such clients on the spot is usually one that forces the company to take hits they simply cannot afford.

Benefits of Plants in the Workplace
When anxiety in the workplace attacks, what is the best method to "keep calm and carry on"? For many, it is growing and maintaining indoor plants. 4 Post-Grad Tips I Wish Someone Gave Me
First and foremost, if you are about to graduate or have recently graduated: Congratulations! Graduating from college is a huge accomplishment, one that definitely needs to be celebrated. Navigating the “real” world is daunting, intimidating, and exciting all at once. But there is nothing to be afraid of. Or well, kind of. How to Stay Productive During Work Hours
As a writer who works from home, I have faced new struggles that I've never had to deal with in past career fields. I've had to learn how to be a financial guru, marketing agent, and scheduling coordinator. In the past, someone else did all this for me. I would merely come in when I was scheduled, work my hours, and go home for the day. With my work located at home, those lines can sometimes become a bit blurry. I've also found my productivity levels fluctuate during my work hours more than they have ever done before.

Why Is It Hard to Look for a Job?
I found myself googling "why is it hard to look for a job?" after hours of surfing, skimming and searching online to get employed. People may spend hours, days or even a year looking for work that will best suit their capabilities and work description. I bet you yourself may have used the phrases "part time job near me" or "full time sales associate with good pay" as well as "teach English online now" just to be able to land on one. Well all through the days, I've spent online trying to look for a company that will employ me, I was able to learn a lot of things that may have helped me finally get end results. Mind you, I am currently employed and I've found my current job online. So here are things that will surely help you get (well not necessarily) your dream job.

10 Signs You're Facing Job Burnout
I once saw a serious case of burnout in college pretty up-close. In fact, it was so up-close, I was the one who was experiencing it. Due to the toxic school environment I was in and the absurdly high standards I was expected to uphold, I snapped.

Know Your Worth at Work
Shitty people will always treat you like shit. There’s no two ways around it. We can give them excuse after excuse and often people won’t be able to see the woods for the trees (pardon the metaphor, how old-wives-tale of me) which is fair but any good manager, boss, entrepreneur should be a bigger picture kind of person, no? They should be able to step back and see thinks objectively, and also react in a manner befitting their position.

NaNoWriMo: The Story Thus Far
If you’re taking part in National Novel Writing Month, you’re either celebrating the halfway point or weeping over it. You might be doing both. You’re, hopefully, somewhere close to that terrifying 25,000 word landmark.
