Common Questions 101- “What are your Biggest Strengths”
Me personally, I hate this question. Just wanted that as a disclaimer right up top. The reason I hate this question is because it pairs with the “What are your biggest weaknesses” question and you have to somehow spin that into a strength without it actually being your strength. It’s exhausting. If you are ever asked what your biggest strengths are, please do not say that you are a hard worker. Being a hard worker is the minimum requirement to do anything anywhere for the rest of time. Being a hard worker means absolutely nothing. Do you know how many other people out there who are “hard workers”? Let’s fine tune here.

Are you confident in yourself and your abilities? What do you actually think of yourself beyond what you have written down on paper? The, “Why should we hire you”, question is asking just that.

Are Men Any More Gray Than Women?
Are Men Any Grayer than Women? The dictionary defines industrialist as "a person who organizes and manages a business enterprise and is regarded as able or intelligent". In the U.S. this person would most certainly, in fact, be a blue-collar laborer, or someone in some sort of service industry. But when you think about it from a global strategy point of view the dictionary definition comes to mind. They would mean "enterprising and generating new revenues in new ways"

A Writing Desk Changed My Writing Experience For The Better
Writing requires a lot of sitting and many writers aspire to have a home office. It doesn’t have to be an entire room. A functional corner with a desk, ergonomic chair, stationery, and a reading lamp will do but sometimes money and space don’t allow it.

5 of My Stories Flopped, But Yours Don't Have To. Top Story - December 2020.
In the last few weeks or so, my views on Vocal have increased significantly. The biggest reason for this is that I have learned a lot in that time and it has made me a better content creator. But learning does come with a price and for me, that price was failing... quite a few times. But just because I had to fail to become better doesn't mean that you have to. So here are some things I've learned from my least viewed stories so that you can learn without having to experience it firsthand.
