Series I'm Loving by Vocal Creators
Grab your favorite drink and settle into your comfy spot and dig into these delightful series

I was drawn to Vocal by the Challenges. I was a writer in remission but thanks to Vocal, I'm currently experiencing a creative flare up. It is so nice to have that all over itch for writing again. It had been gone from my life way too long. Vocal is an awesome place to showcase creative works. And that brings me to the showcasing part.
In one of the Vocal stories, I saw mention of social media groups that Vocal Creators could join. Wanting to immerse myself and keep my momentum going, I joined some of those groups. And, oh what a wonderous world I stumbled into! In those groups are Vocal Creators freely sharing their latest works, their under-loved works, their pride and joy pieces, and....their SERIES.
As background on me, I'm a binge watcher on Netflix. When I want to jump out of this world and into another, I want plenty of material to take me there and keep me. I want friends in those shows that I can laugh with, cry with, grieve for their losses or their lives, adventure with. You get the idea. So, on Vocal there are tons of FABULOUS creators. But the stories are usually one-off pieces. My works are no exception. It's hard to get lost in just two thousand words. I needed a deeper fix. And that's when I discovered the Vocal Creators that write series pieces. Oh, happy days! I was in escapism heaven.
There is now a Volume 2. Enjoy!
Without further ado, I'll introduce you to a few of the series that I've fallen in love with so far. Don't worry, I'll keep them coming in future pieces because I have a series thread going in the social media groups so I can keep harvesting delightful content to keep my brain buzzing in alternate universes for a long time.
Improper Mage by Taylor Westwood
This was the first series that I found. Wowie. It had me captured from the start. I ran through every chapter posted end to end. I am watching this so I don't miss out on any of the goodness to come. This fantasy series has magical beings, romance, and mystery. I would love to see this series done up as a movie.
The Break By Anthony Stauffer
This is a four part series to be read in order: 1) Bruce; 2) Nash; 3) Fisher; and 4) Broken. I wound my way through this series and it had a delightful twist at the end. Well done Tony!
The Shelby Series by Paula Shablo
This is a delightful series about an apocalyptic world and one woman's journey to find her family. Like with the others, I read the episodes of this series back to back. I love it when a story propels me to read one more paragraph, page, chapter, or episode. This series definitely did that for me.
Far Enough Series By Gabriella Dawson
This series grabbed me right from the start. Gabriella artfully pulls you into her web of words that craft a tale you can't separate yourself from. I love the gallantry of the young man in this one. Not to worry though, Gabriella artfully crafts a strong female role completely capable of taking care of herself. These two characters each have their strengths and capabilities and yet they compliment each other. Very nicely done. I anxiously await the next episode of this series as well.
Summer in the Shadows by Trevor Wells
Another well done series. Young love and the villainy of oppression make for a well told tale. This series shines a light on archaic belief systems that are hurtful and leave wounds that take a long time to heal.

These next two are new series. At the time of this writing, they each only had one episode/chapter of their series published. But I have to tell you that both were so intriguing I anxiously await the drop of their next pieces. No pressure guys, I just wanted to let you know that your work is appreciated and intriguing and that you've fostered a following in me. I have no doubt you will each easily acquire an army of followers for your series.
Drunken Bricklayer by Tom Brad
I've read other pieces of Tom's so when I saw this as a "Part 1", I was intrigued. I wasn't disappointed. It is a mystery piece. The second installment is not yet available but I will indeed be watching for it. It will be well worth the wait. I wasn't kidding when I told him, "If curiosity kills the cat, then I'm a dead cat." LOL
Intern by Jason Morton
Another great series in the making. If you're looking for espionage, adventure, drama and double-cross, Jason has you with this one. Agent Courtney is on the run. We have yet to know why but we do know it's serious. I'm definitely hanging tight for the drop of the next chapter on this one.

I hope you'll indulge in these series by these fabulous Vocal Creators and find them as captivating as I have.
Now, I have to get back to my series post and continue reading more of the wonderful goodies posted there for me to enjoy. I'll write another Series I'm Loving article and let you know what new masterpieces I've found.
P.S. If you're not listed above, post a link to your series on my series post in this social media group post so I can read your works. I don't want to miss a thing!
P.S.S Vocal, it would be really awesome if there was a feature that made linking series pieces together. ❤
