Marketing Services for Small Business Success

By HeatherPublished 6 years ago 3 min read

Salesboxer, is an internet company that specializes in social media and email marketing for small businesses. What makes Salesboxer unique is their approach to dealing with customers. Coming from a long history of working in marketing and freelancing, the CEO knows how most companies just slap something up there to fill the quota for that particular brand. Salesboxer wants to know who the person is behind the business...they want to know your unique voice to make sure that it is being heard. Instead of getting generic social media and email copy...it is all personalized to that individual company. And they do all this for a low price each month to ensure that small businesses can get the exposure they need for success without breaking the bank.

What Makes Salesboxer Special?

It seems that marketing companies are a dime a dozen when looking at the number of choices on the market, so what makes Salesboxer special? As a woman owned business, the CEO believes that every business has its own voice. How many places can a small business work with knowing that if there is an issue or they have an idea that the CEO is ready to listen to them and is only a phone call or email away?

The idea behind customer experience with Salesboxer is that no business is every treated as though they are a number or just a paycheck. The CEO has spoke to every business owner themselves, has an idea of what they need, and then gets them the results that they want. Every client is treated as an individual. It is this attention to detail and desire to make every client feel special, that makes Salesboxer different than every other company out there offering marketing services. And this is something that Salesboxer will never lose, as the CEO handles the creative approach, as well as handling the day to day business activity. There is one other employee with Salesboxer who handles paid advertising and email marketing. As a two person business, they may not be struggling as much as others, but it is still being felt.

The Effect of COVID-19

When businesses started to close their doors, Salesboxer was optimistic that they may not have been affected as much as others. However, as more companies shut down their services, Salesboxer say a decline in customers as they could no longer afford to pay for their marketing services when they have no revenue coming in. Thus, the revenue for Salesboxer slowly dwindled, requiring the CEO to look for additional work to make ends meet, while still promoting Salesboxer to the world.

As a way to help out those small businesses that Salesboxer promotes, those businesses who had been with Salesboxer since the beginning, were given a grace period for paying. This way, they could still have active social media and email marketing campaigns going on, so that they did not lose touch with their audience. It is just one small way that Salesboxer is trying to help out other small businesses, as they realize the struggle that they are facing.
