Rozie Featured on MSN! Our Startup Journey and Key Takeaways

How We Built Rozie by Solving Common Housekeeping Problems

Hi everyone,

I have some exciting news I can’t wait to share with you - Rozie has just been featured on MSN! It's always a fantastic feeling when a major platform recognizes your startup, and seeing Rozie highlighted on MSN is definitely one of those proud moments for us.

This recent MSN article covers our journey from an initial concept to the growing startup we are today. It’s an insightful piece that takes readers through our challenges, our strategies, and how we turned everyday housekeeping headaches into a successful and fast-growing app.

When we started Rozie, our main goal was simple yet ambitious: make booking a trustworthy and reliable cleaner as straightforward as possible, which not always is cheap. We knew the market had plenty of room for improvement. Traditional methods were outdated, frustrating, and inefficient. We aimed to disrupt the cleaning industry by creating an easy-to-use platform, removing the common hurdles faced by people looking to maintain clean and organized homes without stress.

The article also highlights our unconventional marketing approach, something I’m personally really proud of. Early on, we decided not to rely solely on traditional advertising. Instead, we focused on building genuine relationships and engaging creatively with our local community in Malta. One memorable strategy was placing QR codes on milk cartons distributed by Malta's largest dairy company, Benna. It was unusual, sure, but it was also highly effective. We attracted attention in a unique way, creating buzz without massive budgets.

Collaborating with local influencers was another major strategy that MSN pointed out. We carefully chose influencers who truly used and appreciated Rozie’s service, ensuring authentic endorsements. This authenticity resonated deeply with their followers, significantly boosting our credibility and attracting new users to our platform.

The article emphasizes the importance of customer feedback in shaping Rozie, and this is something we’ve always believed deeply. From day one, we've viewed feedback not as criticism, but as invaluable insights into how we could improve our service. Each comment, review, and suggestion has helped us refine Rozie, making sure we’re always meeting - and exceeding - user expectations.

Another key takeaway from the MSN feature is our commitment to maintaining a high-quality user experience. In the cleaning industry, trust and reliability are everything. We made sure Rozie provides not just convenience, but also peace of mind, by carefully vetting cleaners and continuously improving our app’s interface and functionality based on real user interactions.

Seeing Rozie featured on MSN is a huge validation of our approach and shows we’re on the right path. It’s more than just recognition - it’s a reminder of why we started Rozie and motivates us to continue innovating, improving, and expanding. We still have a long way to go, but every milestone like this reaffirms our vision and encourages us to keep moving forward.

I want to take a moment to thank our incredible community - our users, partners, influencers, and the entire Rozie team. Without your continued support, trust, and belief in what we’re building, this journey would not have been possible. Your encouragement is what pushes us forward every single day.
