We are here to talk things through and offer support, information and signposting.

Our chats are generally between 30 to 40 minutes and not more than one in an evening.

[22/09, 22:30] Chlobo: I feel like a failure I been offloading a lot and i think I have an eating disorder and it's causing me to get into debt and bad health issues and I think if I don't get it sorted soon it's going to get a lot worse
[22/09, 22:31] Chlobo: I'm 85kg and have PCOS it took me 20 years to get from 110kg to 85kg but it seems the only methods that work is extreme fasting, skipping meals and compulsive exersise walking 50-100km a week and swim twice a week

[22/09, 22:42] Chlobo: Sometimes my PCOS flares up. A lot of people talk about the lack of weight loss fertility but they don't talk about the stress, suicidal tendencies and low self esteem and trauma that comes with it
[22/09, 22:43] CALM: We can imagine, how are you managing?
[22/09, 22:46] Chlobo: I am away at the moment in Greece I enjoy it the fresh food, swimming and the scenes makes me enjoy life again
[22/09, 22:48] CALM: That's great minimising stress can make a difference. We would suggest to also ask your GP if there is a clinic where you can get some support from
[22/09, 22:48] Chlobo: That would be great
[22/09, 22:49] Chlobo: I sometimes talk to my friends too, I ramble on sometimes but only because I trust them and know they would do the same
