Managing work from home
Today in pandemic situation many firms have set their business by allowing employees to work from home. Surely, this would definitely bring ease with respect to work.

But there are some factors which will surely help employees to work remotely as follows-
1. Time of service-
While employee visits the office he/she are monitored by senior member or manager. So while working care should be taken by each employee like starting on time and notifying it using provided web application or numerous digital notifications on company hours. Proper breaks should be taken when required notifying with respective digital medium provided. Similarly, after completion of the work an end time should be notified to system. Any types of leaves taken by employees should be notified to Hr, senior or project manager.
2. Attending Scrums-
Scrum involves reporting of daily tasks to scrum master. Scrum master is generally the project manager of system. If any of team members are facing challenge in task then it is shared with team. So scrum master share the issues with team with appropriate discussion and then starts the problem solving sessions. In problem solving sessions solutions are given out by multiple members but the best one is selected and finalized.
3. Working as per sprints-
Project manager prepares scrum sheet by entering the scheduled and organized tasks required to be completed. Team members are allotted to task activities in sprint sheet on basis of priority level to get them completed. The sprint statuses are daily updated by team members to manager. If those tasks after been completed new sprint are generated again for upcoming tasks of project.
4. Scheduled meetings-
Working in firms team members are prone to face to face communication with other members. So while workings from home durations for calls or meetings are need to be managed to avoid wastage of time. Scheduled meetings should be held informing all team meeting members well in advanced before meeting to cover everyone under same page. Proper emails should be send to members attending meetings or should be informed via chat bot groups.
5. Task execution-
Task as per assigned by project manager to team members with respect to deadlines should be completed on time. Quality work is very essentials. All the required software’s for remote work should be installed in prior on employees system to avoid inconvenience.
6. Send daily reports-
As per working from home each team member is expected to send daily task report to the project manager. These will help the project manager to monitor the performance of each and every team member. Likewise it will be easy for manager to manage flow of activities or to change them whenever required.
