Why I'll Never Work in a Restaurant Again
Before I start this, I want to put out a full disclosure. I am by no means trying to upset or insult anyone who works in the restaurant industry. I know plenty of close friends who absolutely love their job and have turned it into a passionate career. This is merely an opinion that should be taken with a grain of salt. For me, working at a restaurant was not a career path to follow. My views are being shared for another perspective, one that rarely gets spoken about. While a lot of people enjoy this job, I also know people who have hated it as well as some who are unaware of the struggles jobs like this have.

Organizational change is when a company makes a change or transition from its current state to a future state that is different. Managing organizational change is the process of planning and implementing some sort of change in an organization. Making a Big Change. Top Story - September 2018.
Perhaps the boldest move that a company can ever take is to try and rebrand itself. Marketing geniuses and advertising agencies, often armed with long PowerPoint presentations and seeming irrefutable statistical evidence on shifting consumer demographics and pyschographics, have time after time successfully made the case to corporate executives that their company's entire image and/or its major products needed an extreme makeover. Indeed, an entire naming industry exists to help companies come-up with new corporate identities and the ideal names for their offerings.

The Truth About Being a Flight Attendant
When I went to my flight attendant interview they told us that being a flight attendant is the best kept secret, but that the secret was out. With over 300,000 applicants to my specific airline the acceptance rate is dismal. In fact it is easier to get into Harvard than it is to become a flight attendant based on acceptance rate percentage. But is it worth all the hype? For some people yes. For other people not so much. It is a very different lifestyle, and it's not suited for everyone. We'll start with the pros because everyone loves a bit of good news.

Returning to University
Like a lot of students, when I am not at university I try to pick up as much paid work as possible. This, however, can have seriously annoying consequences and, despite going into my final year where I have both a 100% exam (so not looking forward to that) and a dissertation to write, I clearly haven't learned from previous years.

Why I Started Blogging, and Maybe Why You Should Too
Blogging has never been something I have considered, like, ever. My literature related hobbies have always involved reading books and random, "What type of pizza are you?" articles on Buzzfeed. However, there has always been an interest in the written. In school I have always excelled at writing, be it short story or reflective or even essay writing, it has always given me that push in grades for English. It isn't all fun, and being 17 it just has a tendency to make me feel oppressed.
