I wake up and discover that Loki's fountain is flooding the kitchen. I dry it up and Shelby and I clean it and replace the filter. It seems to be working okay now.

I brew a Bones Coffee Co. Carrot Cake, freshly ground, in my Z's Divine Espresso mug. At first the machine doesn't work and I have to reset it. Finally it brews 10 oz.

I make myself oatmeal with protein powder, cinnamon, agave, blueberries, and peanut butter.

We watch episode 7 (The final episode of part one) of season 4 of Stranger Things on Netflix. Amazing. I think I like this season the most overall. I predicted the twist ending in episode 3, but I'm really glad it happened. Excellent storytelling. I really hope Steve and Nancy don't get back together, because I really hate that. She's much better with the other guy. I think my favorite character this season is either Max or Eddie. Love them both. Everybody is great though.

I'm so glad my favorite song was included in a prominent way to the plot. Running Up That Hill by Kate Bush is my favorite song of all time. I prefer the Placebo version, followed by Meg Myers, and then the original.

I shower with Bourbon, 2-n-1, Head and Shoulders, Shampoo/Conditioner. Then I lather myself with Duke Cannon Buffalo Trace Bourbon Soap and rinse. I then smother myself with body wash: Duke Canon THICK Bourbon Bodywash. After rinsing I rinse my hair. Then I use my Duke Cannon Buffalo Trace Bourbon Plant-Based Beard Wash. I rinse. I dry and comb my red beard with its elegant white streaks.

I put on Axe Apollo Fresh Stick, because they were out of Phoenix.

I heat filtered, water to 180 Degrees Fahrenheit in my black, Fellow EKG Gooseneck Kettle and steep two teaspoons of Japan Genmaicha Green Tea for three minutes in my Mike Wazowski mug. I purchased the tea at The Tea Table online. I highly recommend them.

Shelby watches a Drag Race show.

I make a smoothie and eat carrots and raw almonds.

Then I do the dishes, listening to Kate Bush's and Meg Myers' version of Running Up That Hill.

I brew a Bones Coffee Co. Carrot Cake Coffee in my Z's Divine Espresso mug. I journal and post on Vocal.

Then I pour myself a Wild Turkey 101 Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey in my glencairn.

We watch Moonshot on HBO Max. I absolutely love it. I wish there were more genre movies that are just romcoms or dramas that tell a simple human story hidden in the fanfare of genre. Like Frequencies, Timer, and Everything Before Us. So good. I want to make movies like that. Movies that are all vibes. The genre is just dressing.

I pour another whiskey.

We finish and I order Ike's Sandwiches.

Then we check out Parallel's on Disney+, but it's dubbed. I think it's in French originally so we try that, but then the subtitles won't work, so we end up watching a couple of episodes of Sex Education on Netflix and then Letterkenny on Hulu.

I finish yet another whiskey, finishing off the bottle.

Then I go to bed.

And that's it.

That's my day.
