I sincerely do not wish the best for your organisation

To whom it may concern,
I hereby tender my resignation from Heroes Corp. as a Supers support person. I do not make this decision lightly after working for the company for four years. When I first joined the organisation I had hoped to make a career supporting the heroes doing exceptional work for our city and the wider world.
I joined the company straight out of university, raring to make the world a better place. I wrongly believed that working for Heroes Corp. would be a fulfilling experience that would provide many avenues to develop professionally and further my future in public service. I had even dreamed of possibly working my way onto one of the non-super Hero Teams.
Therefore, I find it exceptionally heartbreaking to have become so disillusioned with Heroes Corp. and the purported ‘good’ that you falsely claim to be doing. I now firmly believe that our fair city would be better served by the complete dissolution of Heroes Corp. and the re-integration of the few heroes doing truly good work into the mainstream police or National Guard units.
There are many examples I could give on why I have reached this conclusion. However I will give you just three.
I would first like to address the ‘villians’ you claim to be protecting the city against. It quickly became apparent to me that they were people who simply needed help. For example, Badger was a brilliant scientist who had an unfortunate laboratory accident and instead of the city supporting them to reverse the damage they suffered, a team of over-powered individuals were sent in to ‘apprehend’ them. This resulted in the deaths of two lab techs who were working on a cure for Badger’s affliction, and over $20,000 worth of damage to both private and public property. In the end, Badger did not receive the care they needed, was able to escape from the ‘unescapable’ confinement Heroes Corp. promised they could provide and they went on to injure seven more people before finally being killed.
These deaths and injuries were avoidable and the world has lost one of its greatest minds.
This is a single example of reckless endangerment I have witnessed, and unfortunately been party too, while working for your organisation.
It goes beyond reckless endangerment. Company records reveal that in periods that there has been ‘insufficient’ villainous activity as per a deterministic model developed to increase profits for Heroes Corp., the company has intervened in minor situations to increase the potential of triggering the need for Super intervention. Or outright manufactured these situations. I witnessed this only six months ago when Heroes Corp. interfered with a minor chemical leakage case at FC Recycling. The leak which could originally have been stopped and remediated within 24 hours, instead spread throughout the plant and resulted in three people being exposed to toxic chemicals and mutating. As intended, this necessitated Stretch-Woman and the Impervious to try and reverse the damage Heroes Corp. had created.
While this example was containable and the three workers were saved and re-united with their families, this is not always the case. The willful disregard for the people which Heroes Corp. is contracted to protect is a clear breach of contract and should have resulted in the cancellation of those contracts.
Finally, I recently became aware of the coercive control Heroes Corp. is using on the Shields, the organisation’s much lauded flag-ship team. This type of organisational over-reach should not be ignored and I can not in good conscience continue to tacitly support it through my continued employment with Heroes Corp. It disgusted me to find out that all members of this team had been threatened into joining in some fashion or another.
I am firmly of the opinion that the income from government contracts that Heroes Corp. receives would better serve the city by being re-directed into community services. Particularly to increase funding to homelessness and education initiatives which would be magnitudes more for reducing damage from ‘villians’ than your so-called heroes manage through stopping the need for people to commit crimes in the first place.
I understand that sending this letter will most likely have me designated as an ‘undesirable’ and that a member of the a-fore mentioned ‘Shields’ will most likely be sent out to ensure my silence. Thus, it behoves me to inform you that this letter has also been sent to the Mayor of our fair city and reporters for several organisations, none of which I will name. They have all also received a package of information that I have gathered while working for Heroes Corp. to support all of the above allegations, and many more.
I sincerely do not wish the best for your organisation and hope that you all get what you rightly deserve.
Hadrian Lee.

It's very sad when an organisation like this maybe looses focus on what it's actually trying to achieve.
Sounds like The Boys
This could be an actual movie.
I can see why you're so disillusioned. Badger's case is a prime example. It's tragic how things played out. I wonder how many other so-called villains are actually just people in need. And dissolving Heroes Corp? That's a bold idea. But if they're causing more harm than good, it might be the right move. What do you think the process of re-integrating the good heroes into the police or National Guard would look like?
