I’ve failed my 100 articles challenge

I’m coming to the end of my 100 articles in 30 days challenge, and I’ve failed. I’ve published 35 articles, including this one and I’ve published 36 articles in less than 30 days. This is day 28 of the challenge and unless I move like a speeding train, I won’t publish 60 plus articles in a day.

So, I’m admitting defeat. Honestly, I don’t feel like a failure because this experience has taught me something.

I need to be on my own when I’m doing challenges like this. I have to lock myself away and put my head down. I have to eliminate all distractions including Netflix movies, chatting for hours on the phone, and I need to let go of perfection.

I have a son, so it’s hard to lock myself away completely, but he’s not a baby anymore so I can afford to leave him to do his own thing while I write and plan.

Will I do another challenge?

Honestly, I can stop doing challenges. I’m the challenge Queen. Blogging challenges, content creation challenges, meditation challenges, I love them all.

So, what’s my next challenge? Tomorrow is May 1st, time is flying like a bullet right now. Should I do another challenge to produce a certain amount of articles each day? Or should I do a poetry challenge? I think I’m doing to do a money manifestation challenge, and document my journey using certain techniques and methods to manifest money.

Yesterday, I met a really cool guy, an aspiring record label owner from Uganda. I sat on a bench until 3am chatting with this talented dreamer from East Africa, and now I’m sitting here sipping coffee with a twisted ankle in a cafe, struggling to stay awake.

I was also thinking about doing a “rejection therapy” challenge where I do things that scare me every day for the next 30 days. That might be fun because I’m a bit of a wimp when it comes to doing things that frighten me.

As I said, tomorrow is May 1st, so I need to have something planned by then.

One of my goals for the 100 article challenge was to raise money for vulnerable women in Ghana, but that didn’t work out. It’s my fault because I didn’t mention it much throughout the challenge, but you can still donate if you’d like to contribute to supporting vulnerable women and children in Ghana, west Africa.

I have so much content to create, my mind never stops running, brimming with ideas. I’m building more blogs in 2025, and I’m connecting with more creatives from various fields. Writers, content creators, graphics designers, artists, musicians, photographers, filmmakers, and more.

I challenge myself to feel something. I hope you understand what I mean

This challenge is over, but I’m not giving up, and I’ll always find new ways to challenge myself as a content creator, software engineer, and digital entrepreneur.
