How Quickly Can You Get Back In The Game?
The Psychological Component Most People Miss

I recently wrote about how most of my days are the same.
However, today was definitely NOT typical.
I was running around all day and haven't really sat down to write until now, at 7:20 pm.
My Energy has been low all day, the Dis-Stress has been high.
Most people in similar situations tend to feel the need to sit back and relax.
Even if they have a Goal for the day, like I do with writing my Article, they say that, "It'll be alright."
"I'll just do it tomorrow."
They take the rest of the night to relax.
The next day comes, and the Motivation isn't there.
Eventually, things go by the wayside.
However, Peak Performers look at Life a different way.
They go through the Trials of Life, just like everyone else, and then say, "What's next?"
The more Quickly they can get back to their Best, the better.
Today, I needed about 30 minutes before I could get fully into the swing of things for this Article.
It's good enough for today, but it could be better.
When you look at the most Elite Athletes in the world, they are extremely Quick to get back in the Game.
When things go wrong, they usually have a matter of seconds to get back in the Game.
How Quick are you to get back in the Game?
Yesterday I spoke about the Work Equation that has led to my Success.
Two aspects are Important EVERY Day.
What's Important Now? (W.I.N)
Consistency
Every day you need to hit that W.I.N.
How Quickly you can get into it, ESPECIALLY on the days that are your roughest, will determine how far you can go.
Most people either don't hit their W.I.N., or they don't hit it Consistently.
They aren't playing the Game at all.
Some people will step up from there, but they aren't Quick to get back in the Game.
They may have periods where they are slow to get back in the Game, sometimes taking Days or Weeks.
They are playing the Game, but they won't stand out in the Masses.
The Good Individuals will always get their W.I.N. done in the Day, but it may be a Struggle.
When the going gets Tough, they may back out.
The Greatest will always get their W.I.N. done in the Day, and they may Struggle, but they make it their Imperative to get back in the Game as Quickly as possible.
They understand the other component to the Game - Time.
The factor of Time plays an incredibly Impactful role in Human Psychology.
In many ways, Time has an Inverse Relationship with Energy.
As Time Increases, our Energy Decreases.
As Time Decreases, our Energy remains High.
Why is this?
Stress.
Especially when it comes to our W.I.N., the longer it remains undone, the more goes through our mind.
"Will I be able to Achieve This?"
"I'm running out of Time!"
"If I mess up, something Terrible Will Happen!"
"If I stop now, will anyone even Notice?"
These types of questions, and more, are very common for People to ask themselves, it's a part of being Human.
They go through my mind at times too.
However, the longer these Thoughts remain, the more they stack up.
As I always say, All Stress Adds.
Each one of these Questions has a Stress Impact, like a constant leak.
The more there are, the larger the leak becomes.
Until you simply don't have the Energy to do anything anymore.
This is why it becomes so Important to Quickly get back in the Game!
The faster you get back into the W.I.N., the less of these Energy (Mg-ATP) Draining Questions can pop up.
The faster you complete your W.I.N., the faster you shut these Questions down, and the sooner you plug those leaks.
Part of what aids this is getting into Flow States during your W.I.N.
During Flow, the parts of the Brain that ask those questions literally shut down.
When that section of the Brain is shut down, it feels like there is nothing that can stop you.
That's what separates the Good from the Best.
How Quickly they get back in the Game.

I totally agree with you that consistency is the key. However, I do take breaks when really necessary but I make sure I don't take too long to get back in the game. What helps me to do that is procrastinating increases my anxiety, lol.
