Hindrance Or Influence

From childhood almost all children in the world are taught that you have to gain marks and good grades to get 1st position in the class and because of that the concept of giving trophy or prize has totally lost from everyone’s mind even though keeping a thought of gaining highest marks and highest numbers to get highest position helps in gaining knowledge but this concept has been completely changed because now everyone just want good marks and good grades in order to get trophy, prize and highest position but they don’t have any knowledge.

Rewards should be given in order to motivate someone rather than rewarding someone which proves them to be a skillful person. As we all know that, a single sheet of paper could not decide my future. Having trophy or prize could never proof someone’s intelligence because no one knows that how such person achieved such trophy and prize. Giving competition to someone or taking competition from someone does help in gaining knowledge but it also brings depression and tension. We have to also think that knowledge can also be easily gained by focusing and concentrating on ourselves rather than focusing and concentrating on others.

Actually, the real reason for giving someone a reward is to motivate that person. But giving reward to someone and rewarding something this concept has changed not many people’s but almost everyone’s perspective as everyone thinks that if a person is rewarded with a prize and have any trophies then such person is a skillful person but in reality, those rewards could never help anyone in their future career, if someone is rewarded with trophies or prizes because only that person knows that how much effort and hard work had been given.

I can explain it by an example of MCQs based exam. An exam which is MCQs based if a person worked hard and done effort to study and that person knows very much and have knowledge but that student during exam accidently marked wrong answer that does not mean that such student does not know anything it is just a common mistake and on the other hand other student who study just one day before the exam and don't know anything but got full marks only because that student do cheating or by luck that student marked all of the random MCQs answers which were correct. Then how can we check that who does the effort and work hard and who does not.

That is why, if a person is intelligent then their intelligence can simply be checked by an emergency situation where they can really proof that they are skilled or not. Many people who are rewarded with many prizes and trophies but when they have their interviews or get checked by go through some tests, they would not capable to make it. For this we have to be practical and instead of do something do get reward we should give our 100 percent and do effort and hard work and always remember that the rewards are only given to us to motivate us keep us on our track and never loose our focus and concentration. Also, remember that we have to study to gain knowledge rather than gaining trophy or prize to show the world. You are enough for yourself to praise yourself and praised by your loved ones.

Try to become a person who can be someone’s inspiration rather than someone’s depression. Try to compete with yourself and become the better version of you which was you in yesterday. The rewards would never help us in our career instead our knowledge, our hard work and our smart work would take us to the sky and helps us to fulfil our dreams. Everyone should gain knowledge for their future career and in order become an independent person.
