Performance evaluation scores from the past two financial years

Place of posting information for rural weightage calculation
Supporting documents such as academic transcripts (Bachelor’s degree and Class XII), certificates, and a completed LTT review checklist signed by the Human Resource Officer must accompany the application.
📅 Application & Selection Process
Applications routed through respective agencies must reach the HRDD, RCSC in hard copy format by May 31, 2025. Incomplete or unendorsed applications will not be accepted.
The selection process will include:
Initial shortlisting based on HR Manual 2023 (form 7/8)
A 10-minute presentation by each shortlisted candidate on a selected topic (to be shared on the interview day)
Final selection based on overall performance, with only 8 candidates earning the scholarship
Post-selection, candidates must submit the following:
Security clearance certificate
Audit clearance
Medical fitness certificate
Additionally, selected candidates must secure admission to a recognized university in India by July 31, 2025. If a candidate fails to secure admission within this time, the slot will be given to a standby applicant.
