Failure of not earning enough money is an all too common fear (what I lovingly deemed biz obstacles). It's just one of seven fears we female entrepreneurs unfortunately will endure during our entrepreneurial journey. Regardless of how successful we become, making $100 or $1 million dollars; we will face one or more of these fears: money, mindset, sales, systems, support, visibility, and lifestyle.

Inside our members club, we empower ladies to Kickass past this very fear, and today I'm sharing with you how you can Kickass too, and use these same easy steps to add money back into your biz:
5 Ways Impossible to Possible Women Kickass Past Money Fears
1. Separate Failure from Worth
Here's what I know to be true; It's OK to Not Be OK and It's OK to Fail. It's OK to feel sad, disappointed, upset, and all of those other emotions, because something you tried didn't yield the revenue you wanted. Do not identify your failure with your self-worth. Instead, recognize that it was a necessary step to bring you closer to attaining your wild success (even if it was an epic fail). Then, accept you did the best you could based on the circumstances, knowledge, and resources you had available at the time. Next, you'll have to put your big girl panties on, and realize this one failure is not going to predict your entire future, but it will be a necessary component to becoming successful. Impossible to Possible Women Kickass in this step by recognizing failure will happen. They minimize the fail by reviewing what could have been done differently as to avoid the same fail in the future.
2. Recognize Failure as a Component to Success
I look at failure like taking an exam in college; it's all about the learning curve. It's one chapter inside the success story of your life, and it's imperative that you don't allow it to kill your dreams. Impossible to Possible Women Kickass in this step by being able to identify the root cause of the situation and utilize alternate steps to receive a different outcome.
3. Learn the Lesson and Hit Refresh
This step is super simple, figure out the lesson you were supposed to learn from the failure and start over. I teach my clients an old organizational change management process I learned years ago, from my days of being in the USAF; The SWOT Analysis (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats). It helps you focus on your strengths, minimize threats, and take the greatest possible advantage of opportunities available to you. It's a great framework for female entrepreneurs as we teach them to Face the Fear Together. Impossible to Possible Women Kickass with this step by understanding why the weakness didn't work, change the directional path using opportunities, and identifying threats that correlate with individual strengths, and then—make it possible.
4. Don't Stop Failing
Do you know some of the main reasons why people hate failing? It's not because they didn't achieve the goal or make enough money... it's because they feel embarrassed in front of peers, perceived as a let down by family or that their reputation will be ruined. This is when you might want to know—when to throw in the towel sista and say, "This is a Hot Ass Mess and I Need to Chill for a Second." Impossible to Possible Women Kickass past this step by taking a break, and asking themselves the tough question, "Am I stuck on doing the same thing over again in another way?"
