Copi Group and Vision Properties expand strategic cooperation

Jesper Brunanders COPI Group and Vision Properties announced last year that they had descided to merge the activities of both companies under a new company called Vision Ejendomme.

The new company has a project portfolio worth DKK 4.5 billions and activities in both Denmark and England. Vision Ejendomme is the culmination of a long-standing and close collaboration which have now led to a new and major player in the real estate industry.

COPI Group

COPI Group is a real estate investment and development company that develops properties primarily in the Copenhagen area. Having more than 20 years of experience the company specializes in renovation projects and new construction. The company was founded by Jesper Brunander and today he owns it with his sister Maria Brunander Vøgg. The day-to-day management is handled by the CEO Maria Brunander Vøgg.

Vision Properties

Vision Properties was created by Lars Larsen Group and Schou Family Invest and was initially started by the two friends Lars Larsen and Jørgen Schou with the ambition to create something extra within properties ind Denmark. Vision Properties focuses on investing in properties for sale and rental to individuals and businesses.

• Vision Ejendomme is a strategic collaboration between COPI Group and Vision Properties.
• COPI Group owns 20% and Vision Properties owns 80% of the company.
• Vision Ejendomme has a project portfolio worth 4.5 billions in total. This corresponds to approximately 150,000 sqm. spread over 1,700 units in both Denmark and England.

The day-to-day management of Vision Ejendomme will consist of: Jens Bolding Jensen (CEO), Maria Brunander Vøgg (COO), Peter Julius Jensen (CIO). Jesper Brunander is responsible for development and the foreign activities concerning the company.

Østerbro Studio Apartments

We start off with Østerbro Studio Apartments, which is close to Fælledparken and has Nørrebro as the nearest neighbor. The complex consists of completely newly renovated rental apartments, which are ready for occupancy from day one. It is possible to rent the apartments for three years at a time. There are a total of 165 apartments, which in its designs are both spacious and aesthetic in its design.

Teglværksgade 27

At this address we find 21 brand new rental homes in an older property, which was built in 1941. The apartments, which both come in sizes of 2-4 rooms and, which in relation to square meters vary from 79-119, are perfect homes for couples and families with children. They are also ideal as shared homes. What particularly characterizes the property and the apartments is that in the renovation there has been a great respect for the historical details and distinctiveness.

Unique location close to green and relaxing surroundings. This is what you get with Den Gamle Politigård, which is located in the heart of Hellerup. In total, there is room for six families in the townhouses the police station has been converted into. And with up to 330 square meters to romp on, there is enough space. As a bonus info, it can be mentioned that the building, before it was converted into a police station, functioned as a villa for the director of the Danish Fertilizer Company, H. Siegumfelt.

Merry Karreen

This project building is located in the central area around Amagerbro on Amager. The name of the project comes from when the property previously housed the cinema Merry. Spread over four floors, there are 23 rental homes, all of which are rented out. These are 2 and 4 bedroom apartments of 67-121 square meters. The homes are characterized by a distinctive design with industrial and graphic expression.

Bispebjerg College

If you have your daily walk in and around Bispebjerg, you have definitely noticed the dormitories, which are located right by Bispebjerg Station. These are two point houses with 8-9 floors and 262 dormitory homes. From the upper dormitory rooms there is a view to one side to Mimersparken and to the other Bispebjerg Hospital and Lersøparken. The rooms have small kitchens, a French balcony and bath.
