• The complainant is to pay the fee of Rs 100/- when they are below the poverty level but do not hold other than Antyodaya Anna Yojana cards.
• More than one lakh to Rs.5 lakhs, the cost would be Rs.5,00/-
• More than Rs.5 lakhs to Rs10 lakhs, the court fees would be Rs.1,000/-
• And Rs 10 lakhs to Rs20 lakhs, the court fees would be Rs. 2,000/-
Fees for state Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission:
• More than Rs20 lakhs to 50 lakhs the charges would be 5,000/-
• Above 50 lakhs to 1 crore, the court fees would be 10,000/-
National Commission Charges
• More than Rs 1 crore 25,000/-
• Above five crores, the fees are 50,000/-
• For more than ten crores, the fees would be 1,00,000/-
