Assigning Documents to a Material Master Record
- To access a material master record and make changes to its basic data, open it in Create or Change mode.

- Allocate one or more documents to the material for review.
Don't know the document number? Make use of the search help feature or choose 'Find Document' to locate it quickly.
To assign a document to material, you have the following available choices:
1. To view the document, select it in the Link to the Documents dialog box.
2. To see the original versions of any document, simply hover over it and select 'Display originals' from the Link to the Documents dialogue box.
