Igloo is a local beverage store that sell product such as ice creams, milkshakes and other sweet tasted. They are a single store but also reach client form different location due to their use of social media. They also make other specialties like making a meal for a birthday or a party by getting their client to book a day online where possible. Igloo is planning to of a campaign which aim is to get their client to reduce their consumption of sugar. They are planning to make this on social media so that they will have the maximum amount of people participating in the campaign.

Appropriate staff mix:

The fist people that will be required to be assisting in this campaign will first be igloo’s employees this is because the people that will participate in the campaign will need people to explain them what the campaign will be about. A sort of guide for participating to not be lost of confuse on what to do and for this reason they will need to be some igloo staff explaining to participating what the campaign is about. This will be in the form of virtual assistant on the web page where the participant will land on because most of the campaign will be doe online. In addition, I one pf the participant has understood the campaign fully they could also be involved in guiding new participant in the campaign. This will permit igloo to put in less effort and attracting more participant.

Clear objective and shared target:

The campaign was set up in a review of how concern people especially parents where in terms of how much sugar their children eats and the potential effect or impact this could have on their health. Nearly all of igloo’s client are people under the age of thirty-five and most of those clients are little children. for this reason, igloo most of the review or critics that the comp-any have been getting for the people where the awareness of the sugar consumption that they provide to children. And it is through this though that the idea of this marketing campaign was born. The aim of the campaign is for igloo to make sure that their client is aware of the effect of consuming too much sugar.

Core message:

The main message of this marketing campaign is to make people especially online understand that even though igloo make sell of sweet and sugar product they still make sure that it does not become a problem for their user there are a limited amount of sugar that a person should consume that is even more sever for little children so igloo makes sure that when selling their product the amount of calories of sugar inside the product is not too much to the point that it could affect the health system of their client. The main core message of this campaign is to reassure the client as to not be worried.

Unique selling point:

The factor about this campaign is that it will be made according to the client not the origination. This campaign will have the similar objective to other campaigns which is to raise awareness but this [campaign will not be form the company deciding about the campaign, but the actual client will be the one making the management and deciding how it could be structured. This will mean that factor like the survey, research and study related to the effect of sugar on the human health system will actually be regular people or client that have done those research and want to make sure that people are aware of this it will not be the origination that will do the key factor of the campaign the people will decide for what action is to be taken and the organization which is igloo will make take the action.

Company’s image:

This marketing campaign will bring about many positive view and opinion of the company. As it will prove the company indeed care about their clients. This is also benefit able for the company’s reputation because it will increase the trust that their client has with them, and the more people are saying good things about the company or the more the online review on them are positive the more people will be willing to buy their product. The pother benefit of this is the actual purpose of the company. Because this will mean that more people will prefer them over other companies that sell the same product.

Social media channel:

The company will be using the same sort of social media channel that they originally use to sell their product or reach clients online. This mean that they will be making their digital marketing campaign on three main social media. The first one will be Facebook. Since it is the social media where they have the most clients on. The other reason why this will be the case is not just because they have the most client in of that social media but because they will also have the chance of getting more potential participant on hat social media channel. Facebook is the most used special media channel so it is highly likely that most of the participant that they will find on will be on that social media channel. The other sort of social media channel hey will us will be snap chat and Instagram.
